My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes a few weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten them. I've tried contacting customer service through email multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. It's been super frustrating not getting any communication and it makes me feel like my money was taken. I even went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB, but I still haven't heard back from them.

Messi's Authentic Inter Miami Jersey
I just bought Messi's real Inter Miami Jersey from this site and was pretty happy with how everything went. It showed up fast and in great shape, even being sent all the way to Italy. The package was nicely wrapped and all. I was kind of unsure about ordering at first because of some bad reviews I saw, but it all worked out well for me. So yeah, I'm happy with what I got and the service I got from this site.

GPS navigation system purchase
The search button on this GPS is seriously the worst. It never works when I need it to, and that's so annoying. And oh man, don't even get me started on the old speed limit info - seriously, update that thing! I tried to fix it, but no dice. I'm about ready to chuck this GPS out the window and switch to Google Maps. That thing works like a dream and has all the places I want. Come on, TomTom, time to up your game!

Reservation cancellation refund issue
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my parking reservation through this other website. I called to cancel four days before, but after I canceled, I didn't get my money back. I contacted customer service, and they told me to reach out to some other company that deals with their reservations. But when I tried calling, no one answered and my messages went ignored. This lack of support from them is just not okay, and I definitely won't be using their service again.

I wouldn't recommend using this service. They charged me a crazy amount for basically no help at all. I'd suggest handling your bills on your own to avoid the same hassle. Take my advice, it's just not worth it.

Shady seller experience
I had a really bad experience with a seller on this platform. I reached out to the claims team because the seller wasn't responding for 3 days. Even after escalating it a second time, my claim got denied. It's obvious that this website is a scam and not reliable. The support team is no help at all and keeps denying claims. I definitely won't be recommending or buying from this sketchy site again.
