    Not worth the hassle, but it worked enough to get me home

    it was usable, but not what I expected. I booked indoor valet because I was arriving after midnight in winter and I didn’t want to mess with frozen locks or snow on my car. As a single woman traveling alone, that felt like a reasonable safety and convenience choice. In practice it was a mixed bag. The shuttle from the hotel lot to the airport was fine. Short ride. Driver asked me to lift a heavy bag into the shuttle, which I did. He made an offhand comment about enjoying his coffee after we tipped him, which felt like a passive nudge that we hadn’t tipped enough. I shrugged it off. That first trip was cold and quick, and it got me to the right terminal door, so no big drama there. Coming back was the part that annoyed me. I called the pickup number and they got to the curb in a few minutes. Again, same expectation: you handle your own luggage mostly. This second driver did help me with my suitcase up the shuttle steps, eventually, so that part was okay. The shuttle itself felt old. Bumpy. The driver avoided potholes like he was trying to be careful, but it still felt like the shocks were shot. Again, only five minutes, so I kept thinking, just get me to my car. The real problem was locating the car. They told me it was in the first row inside the lot. I asked a couple times if it had been parked indoors all week. They said yes, yes. So I walked out in my summer sneakers, light jacket, and a heavy suitcase into the freezing dark lot at 12:30 a.m. Looking for the car. When I found it it was caked in hard, icy snow. That ruined the whole point of indoor valet. I had to scrape and bang and get my hands freezing just to be able to see out of the windshield. Not great, especially after flying overnight. I called support the next day. They said they'd talk to the manager and call back in five minutes. That call never came. Five days later I called again. My tone was probably sharp at that point. They asked for all the same info again and then asked for proof. Fortunately I had taken a picture when I found the car, otherwise I doubt they would have credited me anything. After the back-and-forth they refunded about $22. Small consolation for a tense, cold slog. I have used other airport parking services before that were more straightforward and actually kept cars free of ice. This one was passable, but the delivery didn’t match the promise. If you value convenience and warmth, I’d rather park at the airport next time.

    they take your car, park it inside, you avoid ice, you get a shuttle to the terminal. Simple. In practice it was… uneven. The shuttle from the hotel lot to my airline door was fine for what it was — five minutes, cold seats, the driver asked me to lift my bag into the van (it was heavier than I expected), which I did. After tipping he made a casual comment about enjoying his coffee, and I got the impression we weren't generous enough. I let it go; I was tired, and it was a short ride. Coming back a week later was where things started to unravel. I called the pickup number, got directed to the curb, and the minibus showed in about five minutes. This driver didn't immediately offer help with my suitcase, and the bus itself felt like it had seen better days — rough ride, like there were no shocks. Small thing, but when you're lugging luggage you notice. He did help eventually getting my bag into the overhead rack, which I appreciated, but it was inconsistent. Then the big issue: when they told me my car was in the "first row," I asked if it had been inside all week. The reply was a shrug and a quick yes. So I went out in my sneakers and a light jacket, pulling a heavy suitcase across a dark, icy lot at 12:30 a.m., because I expected an indoor car. When I found it, it was crusted with ice and hard-packed snow — the whole point of paying for indoor valet defeated. I won't lie, I was angry and cold and had to scrape and chip at the ice enough to get moving for the hour drive home. I called support the next day; they said they'd talk to a manager and call back in five minutes. That didn't happen. After multiple calls I finally sent photos (good thing I took pictures when I found the car), and they refunded about $22. Not nothing, but not the kind of compensation that makes up for the hassle or the time spent in the cold. In short: it felt safer in theory, but the execution was sloppy — mixed levels of helpfulness, rough vehicles, and a false claim about indoor storage. If you're doing this for safety and to avoid winter mess, weigh the convenience against risking basically the same cleanup you'd get if you parked yourself. For me, next time I'll probably just park at the airport and deal with my own ice.

    Late flight delay charges

    I was pretty upset about being charged for a whole extra day just because I was an hour late picking up my car. My flight was delayed, so it wasn't really my fault. And on top of that, I had already paid for a full day of parking even though I only used it for half the day. It just didn't seem right to add on another full day for being just an hour late. It left a bad feeling and made me feel like they were trying to rip me off as a customer.

    I paid for parking ahead of time, but when I arrived, all the spots were taken! I had to circle around to five different lots before finally finding a spot. It was super stressful, and I almost missed my flight because of it! Now I gotta shoot an email to the company and see if I can get a refund. Such a terrible and stressful situation!

    This was my first time using this parking service and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience overall.     Purchase experience at the airport parking lot in Houston Hobby

    I had a really frustrating time at the airport parking lot in Houston Hobby recently. The receipt they gave me didn't have a barcode, so I couldn't get in the parking lot like they said. I tried calling the office, but no one picked up, and there was no parking spot available near the office to go in person. In the end, I had to buy my parking online from the airport service to get a barcode and finally park my car.

    Flight Delayed Email

    Man, I got this email telling me my flight was delayed, so I figured I should change my parking reservation with this company. But when I asked them, they were all, "Sorry, can't help you with that." It was such a letdown, ya know? I mean, what if my flight ended up getting canceled? Then what? Ugh, seriously not cool. I'm definitely gonna check out a different company next time that's more willing to work with me.

    Parking pass purchase for Las Vegas Airport

    I recently bought a parking pass for the Las Vegas Airport and it was a disaster. First of all, I didn't even get a confirmation after I bought it, so I had to make a bunch of phone calls just to talk to a real person. Finally, I got the confirmation email, but it was a mess. It hardly had any info and basically said I had to figure everything out on my own. I was supposed to contact the hotel for parking directions, which was ridiculous. Have you ever tried getting help at a casino hotel in Vegas? Good luck with that. When we got there, there wasn't a spot for us to park and no way to call for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was a total nightmare. In the end, I had to suck it up and park at the airport, spending even more money to make sure I didn't miss my flight.

    Convenient, shuttle service

    I had a great time at that parking spot. It was super convenient being close to the airport and having a shuttle available to take me there. The only hiccup was when I got back from my trip, I didn't know I had to call the hotel for the shuttle to pick me up. I ended up waiting around for 20 minutes before figuring it out.     Last-minute purchase of parking pass

    I just wanted to share my recent experience with buying a last-minute parking pass. I bought it an hour before I needed it, but never got a confirmation email. Even though I know computer stuff, I couldn't find the pass anywhere. So, when I got to the lot, I had to pay for parking all over again.     Reservation cancellation refund issue

    I gotta tell you about this annoying thing that happened to me the other day. So, I tried to reach out to their customer service by emailing the "support att airportparking.com" address they gave me. But guess what? The mail servers bounced back my emails saying the address didn't exist! It was such a headache and now I'm stuck not knowing how to get help. It just seems so sketchy to me that a company would give out a fake email like that.

    It's 15 in the morning and I already paid $134.00 upfront. But guess what? I never got that confirmation email they said I would. I tried emailing their customer service two times already and still haven't heard anything back. Their website specifically says you'll get a confirmation email right away, but that definitely didn't happen for me. It's so frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, this whole situation feels like a scam. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge with my bank. I work hard for my money, I can't just throw it away like that. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this mess!
