Late flight delay charges
I was pretty upset about being charged for a whole extra day just because I was an hour late picking up my car. My flight was delayed, so it wasn't really my fault. And on top of that, I had already paid for a full day of parking even though I only used it for half the day. It just didn't seem right to add on another full day for being just an hour late. It left a bad feeling and made me feel like they were trying to rip me off as a customer.
Pre-paid parking
I paid for parking ahead of time, but when I arrived, all the spots were taken! I had to circle around to five different lots before finally finding a spot. It was super stressful, and I almost missed my flight because of it! Now I gotta shoot an email to the company and see if I can get a refund. Such a terrible and stressful situation!
Easy online reservation
This was my first time using this parking service and I have to say, it was a pretty good experience overall. I had a really frustrating time at the airport parking lot in Houston Hobby recently. The receipt they gave me didn't have a barcode, so I couldn't get in the parking lot like they said. I tried calling the office, but no one picked up, and there was no parking spot available near the office to go in person. In the end, I had to buy my parking online from the airport service to get a barcode and finally park my car.
DFW airport hotel parking
I was expecting a ride at 5 am, but turns out the hotel didn't have a shuttle at that time. I tried to cancel right away, but they still charged me $5. They shouldn't let you book if they can't provide what you need when you need it!
Efficient and friendly service
I had a great experience with the parking service I used. The drivers and staff at the booth were so nice and helpful the whole time. The driver who took us back to our car really went the extra mile to make sure we were safe on the icy ground.
Flight Delayed Email
Man, I got this email telling me my flight was delayed, so I figured I should change my parking reservation with this company. But when I asked them, they were all, "Sorry, can't help you with that." It was such a letdown, ya know? I mean, what if my flight ended up getting canceled? Then what? Ugh, seriously not cool. I'm definitely gonna check out a different company next time that's more willing to work with me.
Parking pass purchase for Las Vegas Airport
I recently bought a parking pass for the Las Vegas Airport and it was a disaster. First of all, I didn't even get a confirmation after I bought it, so I had to make a bunch of phone calls just to talk to a real person. Finally, I got the confirmation email, but it was a mess. It hardly had any info and basically said I had to figure everything out on my own. I was supposed to contact the hotel for parking directions, which was ridiculous. Have you ever tried getting help at a casino hotel in Vegas? Good luck with that. When we got there, there wasn't a spot for us to park and no way to call for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was a total nightmare. In the end, I had to suck it up and park at the airport, spending even more money to make sure I didn't miss my flight.
Convenient, shuttle service
I had a great time at that parking spot. It was super convenient being close to the airport and having a shuttle available to take me there. It's 15 in the morning and I already paid $134.00 upfront. But guess what? I never got that confirmation email they said I would. I tried emailing their customer service two times already and still haven't heard anything back. Their website specifically says you'll get a confirmation email right away, but that definitely didn't happen for me. It's so frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, this whole situation feels like a scam. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge with my bank. I work hard for my money, I can't just throw it away like that. If you don't respond soon, I'm going to have to get my parents involved and have them call the bank to cancel the payment. I'm really disappointed and won't be using your services again!
