Last-minute purchase of parking pass
I just wanted to share my recent experience with buying a last-minute parking pass. I bought it an hour before I needed it, but never got a confirmation email. Even though I know computer stuff, I couldn't find the pass anywhere. So, when I got to the lot, I had to pay for parking all over again. I tried calling customer service for 20 minutes, only to be told I couldn't get a refund because I missed the check-in time. The call ended suddenly when the rep just hung up on me. I have to say, I was pretty let down and not happy with the service.
