Office furniture purchase
My experience with OfficeFurniture2Go was really disappointing. Some items in my order came damaged or missing parts, and that's just not okay, especially with how much I paid. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would send replacement parts, but didn't offer to rush the delivery, so it’s taking even longer to get my office set up. Now, I have to pay extra for someone to come back and finish the job right. Overall, the lack of quality and bad customer service has left me feeling really frustrated.

Paint color samples
The paint samples make a huge difference when you're trying to pick a color. They're big and truly show you what the paint will look like. It's so useful to be able to move them all over the room and see how they appear in different lighting. The samples got to me fast, just like they always have in my previous orders. I really suggest giving Samplize a try for picking out your paint color.

I went to get screened and had a few questions, but the person on the phone wasn't able to assist me. They did suggest I come early to ask my questions, which I did, but unfortunately, I had to wait a while to sign in and couldn't get any answers. Fortunately, my questions didn't have an impact on the testing. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with the results!

Bag with long crossbody strap
I recently got this really cute bag with a long strap that goes across my body, but then I realized I also needed a short strap. I totally forgot to add it when I was ordering, but luckily the customer service rep was super nice and sorted everything out for me. Now I have both straps and I couldn't be happier with my new bag!

Off-site parking reservation
I recently booked off-site parking at a hotel in Calgary, Alberta. I was happy at first with the good prices, but then realized they were in US dollars, which was a letdown. Still, I went ahead with the reservation. I never got a confirmation email, even after reaching out to customer service multiple times. When I got to the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation, so I had to find another parking spot. And even though I didn't get the service I paid for, they still charged me the full price. Trying to get a refund was a bust because the customer service people I talked to were not helpful, rude, and even sarcastic. I tried to sort things out through emails, but the company wouldn't budge on giving me a refund. My whole experience with the service was really disappointing, and I probably won't be using them again in any city.

Faulty dress issue resolved quickly
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing service I got from one of your customer service reps when I had an issue with my recent purchase. I sent a message on Instagram about a problem with my engagement dress and Chloe got back to me. She was super helpful, listened carefully to what I had to say, and made sure the problem was fixed right away. Chloe was quick and professional, and I really appreciate her help. Thanks to her, I got a replacement dress just in time for my engagement party. Even though there was a little issue at first, I'm really excited to wear my perfect dress on the big day.

I had such high hopes for this deodorant, but man, it just didn't deliver on its promise of long-lasting freshness. I had to keep putting it on throughout the day, and it still couldn't fully cover up the stink. Honestly, I was super let down by this product and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who wants reliable odor protection.
