I only paid normal shipping back to Italy and nothing extra, and the refund was processed quickly. Maybe the harsh reviews mainly come from people outside the EU — taxes can be a nightmare. Paying return shipping is annoying, sure, but it's not unique to them. Bottom line: for EU buyers I can happily recommend this place. I'm glad I listened to my friend, and yeah, relieved and kinda pleasantly surprised, really honestly too.
Fast shipping, sketchy return
the return cost way more than I expected, and when the refund landed it was over $100 short. Their refund email didn’t state the refunded amount, and I never got the import/customs paperwork they said they’d provide. Customer service was slow and I had to follow up a few times, repeat myself, ask for clarification, and still no clear answers. Delivery itself was fast, and that was nice, but the refund handling and missing docs left me pretty annoyed. My tip: if you buy, ask for the return and customs process in writing up front and keep receipts — be ready to push for the paperwork. I’m hesitant to order from them again.
Wrong jacket, long return saga
the jacket’s stitching was actually neat, pockets finished well, so part of me thought, huh, if it were the right cut it would’ve been fine. But the mismatch and the return handling left a bad, frustrating feeling.
Not what I expected, but not a total disaster
I wouldn't buy from them again without asking a ton of questions first. I needed this jumpsuit for my sister’s outdoor wedding and thought the photos looked fine, so I ordered it in a hurry — lesson learned. The piece arrived on time and the cut was okay, which I'm honestly grateful for, because at least I had something to wear. But the fabric was way more see-through than the pictures suggested and it was longer than the model made it look, so I felt kind of awkward the whole evening (had to layer stuff and fiddle with it a lot). I reached out to customer service expecting someone to say "sorry, our bad" and help me out. Instead they kept pointing to their return rules and said they'd deduct return shipping and customs (about £32) from my refund — which felt unfair considering the listing was misleading. I tried to mention consumer rules but that didn’t get me far. So, the shipping was fine, the fit could’ve been okay, but the description/photos need to be more honest. I’m glad it wasn’t worse — could’ve been totally unusable — and I appreciate that I at least got my money back eventually, minus fees. Still, for the price they charge I'd expect better accuracy and a bit more accountability. Buy carefully and ask for extra photos if you can't afford surprises.
Designer jacket
I just bought this amazing designer jacket from Julian Fashion and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how awesome their stuff is. The staff really knows their stuff when it comes to the brands and styles they have, and they helped me find the exact jacket I was looking for, at a price I could afford. The whole shopping trip was smooth and fun, and I can't wait to go back to get more stuff in the future.
