    Beautiful products, great customer service, helpful returns process

    I gotta say, I am just so impressed with my experience at this company. The products they have are just gorgeous, and the customer service is seriously top-notch. I recently bought some stuff for my vow renewal coming up, not just for me but for my sisters too. Unfortunately, I had to return one dress that was past the return window since my sister, who lives far away, couldn't try it on in time. But let me tell you, Bianca from the customer service team really saved the day. She handled my issue super fast and with so much care. Her response was quick, and the instructions she gave were clear and super helpful.

    Faulty dress issue resolved quickly

    I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing service I got from one of your customer service reps when I had an issue with my recent purchase. I sent a message on Instagram about a problem with my engagement dress and Chloe got back to me. She was super helpful, listened carefully to what I had to say, and made sure the problem was fixed right away. Chloe was quick and professional, and I really appreciate her help. Thanks to her, I got a replacement dress just in time for my engagement party. Even though there was a little issue at first, I'm really excited to wear my perfect dress on the big day.

    Quality dress, Return process

    The dress I bought from this place was really nice, but it ended up not fitting me like I wanted it to. I was kind of bummed about it, but I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out. I told them about my situation, how I missed the return deadline because work was crazy busy, and Chloe was super nice and helpful. She extended the return deadline for me right away and let me send it back. I was really impressed by their customer service and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future after this good experience.

    Two dresses from Club L London

    I recently got two dresses from Club L London and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were! The quality of the dresses was better than I expected. However, I soon realized that I didn't need both dresses, so I decided to return one of them. Unfortunately, I had to pay an extra $10 in addition to what I had already spent, which was a bummer. Also, one of the dresses turned out to be too big for me, so it's important to know your size before placing an order!

    Mesh Mini Dress

    I ordered a mesh mini dress from this one place, and when it arrived, I got sent the wrong item. It was pretty frustrating, but after trying a couple of times, I finally got in touch with customer service and got my problem sorted out. The first time I reached out to them, it seemed like they weren't really listening, but after sending a follow-up email, they finally fixed the issue.

    Stylish, quality fabric

    I really liked the cool and different styles this brand had. The fabrics they used were top-notch and I liked how they paid attention to all the little details in their designs. But, my only complaint is that I couldn't give feedback on specific products on their website. I noticed some of the sizes didn't match up with the size chart, which was annoying. But overall, I had a good time shopping and getting my stuff shipped to NYC super quickly was a nice surprise.

    Muse dress, black, quality, trustworthy

    I just got this Muse dress in black, and let me tell you, it's definitely one of my top little black dress picks now. This dress hugs me in all the right places and gives me that killer shape I love. I've taken it out on the town a bunch of times already, and I know it's gonna be a staple in my wardrobe forever. The quality is top-notch, and every time I put it on, I feel super confident and stylish.

    Prom dresses, quality, varied pricing, helpful customer service

    I really had a great time picking out my prom dress at this store. The dresses were super high quality, and I liked that they had a good range of prices to choose from. Clare and Chloe, the customer service team, were super helpful every step of the way. They really knew their stuff and made sure I found the perfect dress for prom.     Baby shower jumpsuit

    I found the cutest jumpsuit for my baby shower and it fit just right! It was so comfy and stylish, I loved it. I had to return a few other things I bought, and even though it was my mistake, the customer service rep was really nice and helpful. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

    Dress was better than expected, but expensive return fee

    The dresses I ordered were actually pretty nice, even better than I expected. But, I ended up having to return one of them because it was way too big. And get this, I had to shell out an extra 10 bucks just to send it back! That was definitely not a fun surprise. Lesson learned: always double-check your size before hitting that order button!

    I purchased a dress size 12 and could not get it above my knees. My daughter who is a size 6 could not zip it up. When I tried to request a refund I was told that refunds are only done within 14 day. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

    Trying to return a dress- impossible!
    Have emailed several times to ask next step- nothing.
    My order number with credentials won’t register for some reason. I have asked the questions and have had no response on any platform.
    Beautiful dress but terrible service if you need to make a return.

    Maternity dress

    I returned their $100 since it didnt have a nice look the thead line from inside was showing on the outside.
    They charge $20 to ship it. Like $18 to receive the return. And now they send me an email saying i was not eligible for return. It looks like the damage the dress and send me pictures saying they will charge me 20 to ship it back to me.


    Excuse me??? This was not worn!!! Look out for the shipping company you made me use for return. I send this intact, sharp! Nothing on it.


    Nobody has wore this.!! My wife try it on to see if she can use it for her event. And it doesn't look like the picture once she put in on, as it shows a poorly thread lines that show division on finish line on stitches.Therefore she bought another one DRESS FROM AMAZON for her photoshoot.


    I demanded to speak to customer service. This is an abuse!!! Nobody calls... terrible!


    This over here is steeling, and in this economy, thats very wrong.
    It Cost me to received it, cost it to ship it. Didn't want to return in my form of payment. And now  want to take my money without this being worn. Wow. 

    I am furious at the poor customer service and abuse. Never shopping here again.
    I am also a small business owner this is insane what you guys are doing!
    Return peoples momey in their form of paying. Stop trying to force to buy again from you. Rip off!

    Do not make the mistake I did and order from this website. Such a joke. Clothing doesn't fit, horrible service, took 2 months to process a return and only refunded me for 1 item instead of the two I returned. A complete mess.

    I would give zero stars if I could !! Customer service is ridiculous !! The only reason I ordered from them a second time is because I actually liked my jumpsuit for my gender reveal !! However I’ve been reaching out to them for two weeks about my last dress I ordered that was way too small ! No one has responded even though I been PAID $20 To return my item back ! They also claimed they owe me $70 when I started the refund process online by myself but I paid $104. Nobody has yet to respond to me about that either . At this point I just want my money back . This is for my baby shower && I was hoping I could shop with them but never again ! If you are unsure of what size to order please don’t cause it’s a hassle and you’re responsible for returning item !Unless you have time and money to waste! It’s the customer service for me at least let me know what’s going on ! Have you received my item ?? Send me a email or something !!
