Man, I ordered these adorable family matching outfits back in August 2023 and it's been nearly a year now and I still haven't received them! Their customer service is terrible, they never respond to my messages and there's no way to reach them directly. They haven't even refunded my money! New shiny cool chair
I recently bought this really cool chair from this store, but it took forever to show up! I made the order on the super unlucky 13th of the month, and they claimed it was shipped on the 17th, but it never arrived. After contacting Fedex, they told me it was never actually sent out. The customer service folks keep telling me different things, like seriously? How do you manage to create a shipping label but not actually send the item? It's so annoying, definitely not planning on ordering from them again. I think I'll give Ultimate Sak a try next time!
