Free game through points earned from playing games
I started off liking this free game, but then I got a Steam key that had already been used by someone else.
Game points
I've been using this platform for years and have racked up over 50k points, but I've noticed that the value of the points has gone down a lot which is pretty disappointing. I've tried reaching out to customer service a few times about it, but I haven't gotten a good solution. It seems like they don't really care about fixing things for users like me who have been around for a while, and that's frustrating.
Wasted time and effort
I can't believe how bold this company is. They used to be pretty good, but now they're a complete mess. They make you do all these things and promise rewards that never actually happen. It's like getting tricked without even knowing it right away. Don't bother wasting your time with this.
Fake Rewards - $10 Steam Gift Card
This is just crazy! I ordered a $10 Steam Gift Card way back in February and was told it would arrive by March 21. But here we are in August, and I still haven't gotten anything. I thought this service was supposed to be fast, but it's been forever and nothing has shown up. I feel like I've been tricked and I'm so annoyed by the lack of updates and slow responses.
Recent Gamekit purchase
I recently bought something from this website and the whole thing was kind of meh. The rewards were just okay, but I came across some annoying bugs while using the Gamekit app. The main problem was with the playtime feature. It hardly ever let me into that section, even after restarting the app and tapping on it a bunch of times. And when I did manage to get in, I had to agree to terms, but then it would kick me out and I couldn't get back in. Plus, sometimes the playtime feature would only work for 20 minutes and then stop giving me points properly. Like, I played a game for 10 minutes, thinking I would get 28 points soon, but when I checked, it still said I was one minute away. These bugs really made using the app super frustrating and annoying.

I've been using the Gamekit mobile app to rack up Steam Gift Cards by playing games on my phone for a bit now. It's an easy and handy way to snag rewards by just chilling and playing some games each day. I've already cashed in two 5€ Steam Gift Cards this year, which is awesome for saving some cash on games for my Steam account.
X Box One X purchase
I wanna share my frustrating experience with y'all about buying an X Box One X from this one company. It was a nightmare from beginning to end, no lie. So I placed my order and was super excited for it to arrive, but guess what? It never showed up. I tried getting help from customer support, but their system was a disaster and I couldn't even reach a real person. I was so desperate for answers that I even messaged the owners on LinkedIn, but they didn't bother responding either. It's just ridiculous how incompetent and terrible their customer service is, seriously.
Gamekit account review
Gamekit is for sure a legit and trustworthy platform. Customer service is really great, always there to help out with any questions on their Discord server. Only downside is the limited selection in their shop, depending on where you're located.

I've been trying to do the quests on this website to earn points, but they never seem to work. Every time I manage to collect enough points for something cool, they end up banning me without any explanation!
Quest rewards for in-game tasks
This company is a huge waste of time. They make you come up with a nickname for the game, but they don’t even tell you what that nickname is for. Is it for your account or your character? Who knows. And after you spend hours on this stuff, they don’t give you points and their support is pretty much non-existent. Don’t bother with them, go somewhere else to shop.

I just got this free game that's worth $10 by playing another free game. It was so easy to get it, I was really surprised. It's a cool opportunity for gamers for sure.

I'm a huge fan of Gamekit! Their support is fantastic, the mods are really friendly and helpful. I never have any issues getting my points for completing tasks, which is a big contrast to other sites. I've cashed in for Eneba gift cards and a prepaid MasterCard and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
