I couldn’t log back in after finishing the profile. Tried the usual stuff — reset password, cleared browser data, rebooted the phone, switched networks — nothing. Annoying, sure, and I half expected a vanished account. I pinged customer support and got a curt reply about my IP showing a different country. That felt odd and made me suspicious about what they’re doing with the info I already gave them. I even worried a bit about privacy, like who has my registration details now.
Anyway, fast forward: I mentioned the issue to a friend who uses the site regularly and they suggested logging in from a home connection (not a hotel or VPN). Did that, and the account worked fine. So, lesson learned — their IP rules are weird but consistent.
