The new system for redeeming rewards with the dual recognition is driving me crazy. Like, you select your reward and then supposedly you get an email right away to confirm, but let me tell you, it takes forever sometimes. Hours, honestly. It's way too annoying and just drags out the whole thing. They need to fix this ASAP.
