    I really wouldn't recommend buying from this website. I ordered something in September 2023 and still haven't gotten my stuff. I contacted customer service, but all they said was that their shipments are delayed. I'm super bummed because I spent $175.00 and don't have anything to show for it.

    I'm a customer at The Tot, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten. I bought a baby stroller weeks ago and haven't heard anything about when it'll be shipped. I've tried reaching out to ask about the delay, but I haven't gotten any response at all. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on, especially when it's something important for my little one. I think others in the same situation should definitely speak up and report their experiences. Vendors like this need to be held accountable and either step up their game or close up shop.

    Overdue order

    I messed up by ordering from this company, and now I totally regret it. I placed my order way back in October, and now it's almost January and I still haven't gotten what I paid for. I've tried contacting their customer service a bunch of times, but no one has even bothered to get back to me. It's so annoying that they don't even have a phone number for you to call, and you can't even leave a public message on their social media. It feels like they're avoiding any responsibility for not delivering and for their bad customer service. Seriously, stay away from this company.

    My experience with The Tot was amazing! I just bought the Little Partners Learning Tower and it blew me away with how great it is. It came in perfect packaging with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly. I was also happy to get my order in less than two weeks - super fast considering it came from the US. And the customer service team was so friendly and helpful. They even gave me a 10% discount when I was having trouble with a promo code at checkout. All in all, I am really happy with what I bought and the awesome service I got from The Tot.

    Furniture order

    The furniture I got from the store is top-notch, I'm really happy with what I bought. But man, I had some shipping hiccups with one piece that got on my nerves. That delay pushed the delivery back by two months, which was a bummer, especially since the furniture was big and expensive. And then there was the issue of getting charged for the whole order, even though that one item was still on its way. I think they shouldn't charge customers for bulky items like furniture until it's actually shipped out to prevent any mix-ups.

    I recently bought some clothes for my toddler from this store, and let me tell you, it was one of the worst shopping experiences ever. The stuff I ordered never showed up, and when I tried to contact customer service, they kept telling me that it was due to warehouse delays for months. Now it's pretty obvious to me that this company is not being honest and is basically running a scam. They're saying stuff is in stock when they have no plans to actually send out orders. It's frustrating to still see the same things I bought listed on their website, tricking more people into buying. And the fact that they're only offering store credit instead of refunds just proves to me that they don't really care about sending out orders. It's disappointing to see a business I used to trust stoop to such shady practices. I'd advise anyone thinking about shopping here to avoid it and not become a victim of their deceitful ways.

    I've been shopping at The Tot for a while now, getting stuff for my kids and even using their gift registry service in the past. But, I ordered something back in July and it still hasn't shown up. It was already a bummer that the gift registry feature disappeared with no heads up, but now there's warehouse problems delaying my order too. I emailed them about it and they explained the situation, but the lack of communication and slow problem-solving has me feeling frustrated and disappointed.     I really love this company because they have top-notch products and trustworthy information. The Tot is where I always turn to when I need to find safe products for kids and moms. It's great that they do all the hard work of researching and offer such a wide range of items. I also like that they keep adding new categories to better serve their customers. I hope to see more outdoor toys in the future and maybe a feature to share wish lists for birthdays and such. Overall, I can't say enough good things about The Tot.

    $80 baby mat gift registry purchase

    I got this really cute baby mat from a gift registry, but it never arrived! According to the tracking, the label was made weeks ago, but I can't seem to locate it. I tried to get help, but there is no customer service number, and the emails I receive feel so automated. This has been the worst experience ever, and I definitely wouldn't suggest purchasing from them.

    I ordered something and it was running late because of moving. I asked if I needed to change my address and Novi was super helpful! They responded quickly and allowed me to change my address, and even gave me a discount. I'm really loving The Tot!
