Ugg boots purchase
My experience ordering from this clothing store was awesome. It was super easy to place my order with clear instructions. I liked getting email updates about my order along the way, keeping me in the loop. The delivery through DPD was fast and safe, and they even delivered it to my neighbor like I asked. The Ugg boots I bought were just as described and at a great price. I was a little nervous because of some bad reviews, but I'm really happy I went for it because everything turned out great.

The customer service reps at LiveChat really dropped the ball by endorsing sketchy sites like ebusinesshub.com. I was totally taken aback when I asked for help with my software subscription and they pointed me towards a known scam website. Not only did they not take my concerns seriously, but their response showed they either didn't know or didn't care about the problem. It's pretty disheartening to see them backing this unethical behavior by supporting scam sites. I'd advise others to be careful when turning to LiveChat for help, they might just steer you in the wrong direction instead of fixing the issue.

Red turtleneck sweater dress
The sweater dress did not look like good quality. Returns are a b*tch, infact I may not be able to return what I bought. I contacted them and searched their help section but the "return" directions are unclear and confusing. This whole shop has me confused. Sizing is way too small. Shit service and only vauge auto reply emails. Never buying from here again. I don't know what I was thinking.
