Difficulties with support chat
I've been trying to reach customer service using the chat for a whole week now, and the wait times have been so long, sometimes over 1.5 hours. It's really frustrating and takes up a lot of time not being able to get the help I need right away. The chat system definitely needs some serious improvement from a customer's point of view. It seems like it's not quite ready to be used effectively.

As a LiveChat customer, I have to say that I've been really disappointed with the whole experience. We shell out a good chunk of change every month for their service, and we were left hanging when it came to their so-called support for nonprofits. It's just not cool to lack transparency and professionalism, especially for a company that claims to be all about helping nonprofits.

Airline customer service chat
The live chat feature for an airline's customer service was so frustrating to use. One big problem I had was that it kept flashing between "agents not available" and the spot where you type, so it was almost impossible to actually type anything. Also, the chat didn't work well on mobile devices because if you closed it, you'd lose your place in line and have to start over. It would be really helpful if they could add a grace period or some kind of way to message back and forth without losing your spot. Another big issue was that there was no notification if the wait time went past their regular hours, so you'd just be waiting without knowing where you stand in line.

It's pretty disheartening to see them backing this unethical behavior by supporting scam sites. I'd advise others to be careful when turning to LiveChat for help, they might just steer you in the wrong direction instead of fixing the issue.
Bad purchase
The customer service was terrible! I asked a question and they gave me a completely unhelpful answer. When I asked for a refund, they basically said tough luck. The support was just awful. They really need to step up their game and actually assist customers instead of just going through the motions. And the prices? Ridiculously high for what you actually get. I definitely wouldn't recommend them, it was so disappointing.

Comparison of features, trial account, blocked accounts
Yeah, so I was testing out a bunch of stuff and decided to sign up for a trial account using a different email. But then they went ahead and blocked all my accounts, which was a major inconvenience, so I'm pretty bummed about that. Even though the features are solid and the design is slick, there are some neat options that I wish they had, like the ability to set up different trigger messages for different pages like some other livechat software out there.
Subscription downgrade issue
So, I had a problem with my subscription. I wanted to cancel or downgrade it, but the cancellation wasn't prorated. I was trying to save some money by switching to a cheaper plan for a couple of months. But, I accidentally clicked the wrong button and got billed for a whole year instead of just one month. When I asked the chat agent for help, they wouldn't give me a refund. So, I had to go ahead and file a Visa dispute to get things sorted out.
Troublesome integration with chatbot
I spent hours trying to set up this thing, but it was just a complete waste of time. The integration with the chatbot was a nightmare and it made managing the workflow so much harder.
