    Technical difficulties with LiveChat

    Man, LiveChat was a nightmare. Every time I tried to fill out the form to talk to a customer service rep, the system just kept crashing. And then, after all that frustration, I finally get through and find out that no one's even available to help me. Spent hours just waiting in a never-ending queue with terrible management. It's like the developers didn't even think about how this affects us real customers. Total waste of time.

    As a LiveChat customer, I have to say that I've been really disappointed with the whole experience. We shell out a good chunk of change every month for their service, and we were left hanging when it came to their so-called support for nonprofits. We jumped through all the hoops, giving them everything they asked for from the Italian government, only to get a rejection with no explanation. It's just not cool to lack transparency and professionalism, especially for a company that claims to be all about helping nonprofits.

    The customer service reps at LiveChat really dropped the ball by endorsing sketchy sites like ebusinesshub.com. I was totally taken aback when I asked for help with my software subscription and they pointed me towards a known scam website. Not only did they not take my concerns seriously, but their response showed they either didn't know or didn't care about the problem. It's pretty disheartening to see them backing this unethical behavior by supporting scam sites. I'd advise others to be careful when turning to LiveChat for help, they might just steer you in the wrong direction instead of fixing the issue.

    Bad purchase

    The customer service was terrible! I asked a question and they gave me a completely unhelpful answer. When I asked for a refund, they basically said tough luck. The support was just awful. They really need to step up their game and actually assist customers instead of just going through the motions. And the prices? Ridiculously high for what you actually get. I definitely wouldn't recommend them, it was so disappointing.

    Comparison of features, trial account, blocked accounts

    Yeah, so I was testing out a bunch of stuff and decided to sign up for a trial account using a different email. But then they went ahead and blocked all my accounts, which was a major inconvenience, so I'm pretty bummed about that. Even though the features are solid and the design is slick, there are some neat options that I wish they had, like the ability to set up different trigger messages for different pages like some other livechat software out there.

    Trial subscription experience

    My experience with the trial subscription was pretty disappointing. At first, they said I could try it out for 14 days without putting in a credit card, but then my card got charged out of nowhere. Turns out, the person before me had already used the free chat service on the same site, so they automatically took money from my card. I ended up losing $1300 and felt really frustrated and ripped off. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix things, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't solve anything. People should know about this problem to prevent it from happening to them too.

    AI Tool Integration

    The integration of the AI tool has been a total nightmare. It keeps adding features that we can't turn off, like the subpar AI tool that doesn't measure up to the older bot models. And don't even get me started on the beta testing for live chat - it's taking over so much space on the screen that it's a pain to navigate and use effectively.

    Chat transcript requests

    I've been using LiveChat on Tradera, and every time my chat ends, I have to ask for a transcript to be sent to my email. It's frustrating because I feel like I should automatically receive it without having to remember to ask. Instead, what usually happens is I end up getting emails asking me to verify my email address, rather than the actual transcript. It's really annoying because if I don't click the verification link within a month, I won't get the transcript at all. In fact, I've received four verification emails in less than six months! The worst part was in August when I had to verify my email address again in less than two weeks. It's so irritating and risky because the chat transcripts often contain important information that I need to save. I understand that LiveChat wants to ensure my email is correct, but seriously, just ask me to verify it once!
