Review about: ColourPop
Mascara purchase
I gotta say, those mascara brushes were way too big for me to get a good application. It was like trying to paint with a roller - not a good look. And on top of that, the mascara itself was dry and clumpy. I couldn't get it on smoothly no matter what I tried. I was so excited to try it out because the colors looked awesome, but man, what a disappointment.

Crystal drinking glasses
I bought some crystal drinking glasses from this website as a Christmas present, but two of them came with hairline cracks, so I couldn't use them. I sent an email with pictures of the damaged glasses, but it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me about getting a refund or replacement. I asked for a new set that had been checked for quality or a refund if they couldn't. I sent a few more emails after that, but never heard back from them. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company because they don't seem to care about their customers or fixing mistakes.

Late delivery and unresponsive customer service
This company is a total nightmare to deal with! I ordered something a while ago and it still hasn't shown up. When I asked about it, they said I had to wait another 10 working days for them to look into it. In the meantime, I asked for my money back and I still haven't heard anything from them. It's so annoying how they're not being upfront or keeping in touch. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company.

I've bought a couple pairs of leather gloves from this shop on different occasions. I was happy to see that they had the product on their website when it was sold out at other stores. The prices were good, and the website was easy to use. They processed my orders quickly and shipped them out the next day. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience at this store.

I'm really bummed about my recent shopping experience. I thought I was being super careful by checking the website, my cart, and all my order confirmations, but somehow I missed the fact that some items were final sale. It wasn't until I got my shipping label that I saw the "FINAL SALE" label, and now I'm stuck with stuff I wanted to return but can't because of the no-return policy.

Hitch cup
Hey, so I received this awesome Hitch cup as a gift, but I noticed a small issue with it - there was a weird error in the design. It was a bit of a hassle trying to explain it to the store staff because they didn't believe me at first. But once they understood I was serious, they were really nice and took care of everything for me. They even gave me a lid cover as an apology for the delay. The cup is amazing - everyone is impressed by how cool it looks and how well it functions. I highly recommend this store and their products!

Ordered on Sunday, contacted for tracking, no response
I placed my order on Sunday and I was so hyped to get my hands on my new stuff. They sent a confirmation right after, but then nothing. Three days passed and still no word. I finally decided to reach out and ask for tracking info and find out what's going on, but no reply! If they don't get back to me soon, looks like I might have to dispute this order!

Five Display Stands
Those display stands were seriously amazing! They were packed up super carefully and when we unwrapped them, they were even better than we expected. The quality of the stands is top-notch and the lighting they offer really made our jewelry collection pop. We ended up getting five stands in total and they all look fantastic together. Sent bag for repair
About 11 months ago, I sent my bag in to get fixed, you know? I paid for it and all, but it's been ages and it's still not done! The customer service folks keep telling me there are delays, like seriously? And I only find out when I bug them about it. I get that COVID probably caused some problems at first, but come on, it's been way too long now. This bag is really important to me, so I'm so stressed about it not being back yet.

Refrigerator purchase
Oh my gosh, BrandsMart USA is seriously the worst! So, I bought a fridge from them and the delivery has been a complete disaster. The first guy they sent straight up lied about my driveway being too long and unsafe. Then they just kept rescheduling and never actually showed up. I spent four whole days waiting around for nothing. They still haven't delivered my fridge and it honestly feels like I'm being scammed. Seriously, never going to purchase from them ever again!

Games with good discounts
I recently bought some games on sale and had a pretty good experience overall. At first, I had a problem with my orders, but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly fixed the issue and canceled my old orders so I could place new ones. I was really impressed with how fast they sorted everything out.
The new orders I made got to me quickly, which was awesome because I couldn't wait to start playing. The website was easy to use and I found it simple to find my way around. The discounts on the games I wanted were a major bonus for me.

Restful sleep aid
I gotta say, this product has really changed the game for my sleep. I bought it hoping for better rest, and man did it deliver! Not only am I having super vivid dreams that make my nights more exciting, but the biggest difference is how much more refreshed I feel in the morning. I usually have a hard time getting a good night's sleep with just 3 or 4 sleep cycles, but ever since I started using this product, I wake up feeling energized and almost never feel like hitting the snooze button. No more groggy mornings after hitting snooze multiple times.
