As a client of Agent Provocateur, I have had a consistently positive experience with their online store. The website is easy to navigate, with a wide range of lingerie and accessories available. The products are of high quality and the customer service is exceptional. I have had a few questions about sizing and the staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable, providing quick and thorough responses.
The delivery process is also seamless and I have never had any issues with receiving my purchases in a timely manner. I appreciate the discreet packaging and the option to choose express delivery.

My experience at this place was really good. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and order through their website. I chose regular delivery and was super happy to get my package right on Tuesday morning after I ordered on Sunday. The stuff was packed nicely, and the sizes were just right, which is always a relief when buying lingerie online. It looks like they might have switched to UPS for delivery because I didn't have any problems that others mentioned with DPD. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and will definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Pink x Black lingerie set
I recently splurged on this gorgeous pink and black lingerie set from the Carline series. It includes a stunning bra, suspender, thong, and brief. As a breast cancer survivor, wearing these pieces makes me feel empowered and confident. I've even snapped some photos and videos showing off how amazing I feel in them. It's important for me to own my new lease on life and spread the word about breast cancer awareness, so I'll be proudly sporting pink from now on. Thank you for creating such beautiful lingerie that makes me feel fabulous and fierce.
Lingerie set purchase
The lingerie set I bought was so gorgeous, with all the delicate lace and sexy design. But man, the courier they used, DPD, totally dropped the ball. They're known for messing up deliveries and being super slow, so why would a top brand like this use them? Luckily, Sarah over at customer service was a real lifesaver. She was super professional and on top of things, and she fixed the whole situation by giving me a refund for the messed-up delivery. I'm definitely happy with what I got, but I just wish the shipping had been better.
Exchange of items
Karolina was amazing and totally saved me when I needed to return my stuff late. She was really nice and made sure everything was cool even though I messed up.
Issue with delivery
I had a little hiccup with my order delivery, but I gotta say, the customer service team totally came through for me! Underwear Set
I bought this gorgeous set of underwear online because it was on sale. It came with both briefs and a bra, but when my package arrived, it only had the briefs in it. I was really bummed out that the bra was missing, especially since I paid for both items and the pricey delivery fee. I contacted customer support and Karolina was super helpful in fixing the problem. She helped me send back the briefs and quickly gave me a refund for the delivery fee. I'm thankful for her patience and awesome customer service.
Hot product with damaged packaging
My time at Agent Provocateur was amazing! I bought something cool, but the package got messed up in shipping. Luckily, I contacted their customer service right away and they fixed everything within a day, giving me some options to choose from. Their service was so good, I'm really happy with how they handled things. Agent Provocateur really knows how to treat their customers right and make sure they're happy.
Lingerie goodies
So, I went ahead and treated myself to some new, fancy lingerie to add some excitement to my closet. But, not all of them fit me just right. Thankfully, the customer service team was super helpful and made the return process easy peasy. Big shoutout to Sarah for going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Stockings
Sarah was awesome! She was so helpful and detail-oriented, and I had a great time talking to her. Her explanations about the stockings were really impressive - she knew her stuff! Return request
I just had to ask for a return on something I bought that was past the return date. At first, the customer service person said no to my refund, but when I explained that it was an early Christmas gift, they changed their mind and gave me the refund. I'm glad they were willing to reconsider and I'm happy with how it turned out.
