Recent purchase and exchange
I bought something that wasn't quite right, but thanks to this awesome Client Experience Agent, I was able to swap it out for something better. Josephine was super helpful and made the return super easy. Now I have the perfect new item I wanted. Thanks so much Josephine for all your awesome help!
Black lace lingerie set
I just bought a black lace lingerie set from this store and I was so impressed by the quality and design! The materials are so luxurious and it fits me perfectly, showing off all my curves in the best way. Wearing this set makes me feel confident and sexy, which is exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Online purchase, no return policy
When I made an online purchase, I didn't realize that there was a no return policy for sale items, which was really frustrating. I double-checked the size chart and chose the right size, but when the items arrived, they were too small by 1-2 sizes. I tried to return or exchange them, but the company doesn't give refunds for sale items or allow exchanges for the right size or even offer store credit. This lack of flexibility and customer service is disappointing and makes it hard for customers to shop online with confidence. And the quality seems to have gone downhill compared to before, with prices similar to Victoria's Secret but more expensive. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand online because of these issues and the extra annoyance of a $15 return label fee.

Karolina was amazing and totally saved me when I needed to return my stuff late. She was really nice and made sure everything was cool even though I messed up.
Silk lingerie set
I bought a silk lingerie set from this company not too long ago, and honestly, it was a letdown. The quality of the product was just okay, nothing special. But the service I got was awful. The website was all over the place, with wrong info that made ordering way harder than it had to be. And don't even get me started on trying to do a return - what a nightmare! Customer service was slow and pretty useless, too. It felt like they were making it tough on purpose, unlike Honey Birdette, where returning stuff is a breeze.

I bought a lingerie set from this store and man, I was so bummed out with how it all went down. I had to shell out $30 just for shipping, can you believe it? And get this - they won't even let you exchange something if it doesn't fit right. Like, seriously? That's just not cool, you know? It really doesn't seem fair to us customers.
Pink x Black lingerie set
I recently splurged on this gorgeous pink and black lingerie set from the Carline series. It includes a stunning bra, suspender, thong, and brief. As a breast cancer survivor, wearing these pieces makes me feel empowered and confident. I've even snapped some photos and videos showing off how amazing I feel in them. It's important for me to own my new lease on life and spread the word about breast cancer awareness, so I'll be proudly sporting pink from now on. Thank you for creating such beautiful lingerie that makes me feel fabulous and fierce.
Lingerie set purchase
I recently bought a lingerie set from your store and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The sizing was totally off, and when I tried to get an exchange, it was like pulling teeth. I'm a new customer and this really didn't sit well with me. Plus, I never got any kind of confirmation or tracking info for my order, even after bugging customer service a bunch of times. It's been over two weeks and my stuff still isn't here. They told me I have to go fetch it from some warehouse, even though I paid for shipping. The lack of communication and the way they handle deliveries is just plain frustrating and not cool. I was expecting better from a well-known brand like yours, especially since your stuff isn't cheap. Ultimately, the quality of the items was just okay, and this whole experience has me feeling let down and probably won't be shopping with you again.
Lingerie set purchase
The lingerie set I bought was so gorgeous, with all the delicate lace and sexy design. But man, the courier they used, DPD, totally dropped the ball. They're known for messing up deliveries and being super slow, so why would a top brand like this use them? Luckily, Sarah over at customer service was a real lifesaver. She was super professional and on top of things, and she fixed the whole situation by giving me a refund for the messed-up delivery. I'm definitely happy with what I got, but I just wish the shipping had been better.
Lingerie purchase
My experience at this place was really good. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and order through their website. I chose regular delivery and was super happy to get my package right on Tuesday morning after I ordered on Sunday. The stuff was packed nicely, and the sizes were just right, which is always a relief when buying lingerie online. It looks like they might have switched to UPS for delivery because I didn't have any problems that others mentioned with DPD. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and will definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Satin Bra Set
Oh my gosh, you guys, seriously, be careful with that place. I bought a satin bra set, tried it on, didn't fit well, so I returned it. But then they claimed there was a tiny mark on it that I couldn't even see without a magnifying glass! Like, come on! And guess what, they didn't even spot the mark before sending it to me, only when I sent it back. It took forever to receive my refund, like more than 3 weeks. Plus, there's no phone number, just an email for customer service and they take forever to reply.
Lingerie set
I just bought a lingerie set from this store, and let me tell you, it was a big disappointment. The item I got was messed up and dirty, even though it was supposed to be brand new. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they basically ignored me and got rid of the item without even asking me. And to top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund for the messed up product, which is just not right. It's really frustrating how they don't take responsibility and don't care about their customers' stuff.
Disappointing experience with damaged product
I was really disappointed after my recent visit to the store. I've been a loyal customer for a while but the way they handled my issue was not good at all. Back in early February, when I came back from my vacation, I noticed that the product I bought was damaged. I contacted them right away through email and WhatsApp, even sent proof of the damage. But it took them almost 3 months to get back to me, only to tell me that I needed to return the damaged item before they could send me a replacement. This long wait and lack of communication made me feel like they didn't care about my concerns. I shop there often and expected better customer service. I understand that the customer service rep was probably just doing their job, but I think the higher-ups should have stepped in to make things right for a loyal customer like me.
Sizing issues and poor customer service

Hot product with damaged packaging
My time at Agent Provocateur was amazing! I bought something cool, but the package got messed up in shipping. Luckily, I contacted their customer service right away and they fixed everything within a day, giving me some options to choose from. Their service was so good, I'm really happy with how they handled things. Agent Provocateur really knows how to treat their customers right and make sure they're happy.
Stockings
Sarah was awesome! She was so helpful and detail-oriented, and I had a great time talking to her. Her explanations about the stockings were really impressive - she knew her stuff! I loved that she followed up with me after I had some problems with my purchase. My interaction with her was so memorable, I would totally suggest reaching out to her for help.
Black lace lingerie set
I bought a black lace lingerie set from this store and it was a total letdown. The item came damaged and when I tried to return it for a refund, they said no. The quality was not good and the customer service was bad too. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all. I won't shop here again. There are many other brands with higher quality products and better customer service.

Lingerie goodies
So, I went ahead and treated myself to some new, fancy lingerie to add some excitement to my closet. But, not all of them fit me just right. Thankfully, the customer service team was super helpful and made the return process easy peasy. Big shoutout to Sarah for going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm already looking forward to my next shopping trip!
