    Vintage furniture purchase

    I bought an old furniture piece on this website, and to be honest, I was really let down. The quality was not great, and it definitely wasn't worth the high price they were asking for. It felt like they were trying to sell me cheap stuff and calling it vintage, which was disappointing. Dealing with customer service was also a pain - it was obvious they were using people from another country and it didn't go smoothly. Overall, the whole experience was not good and I won't be coming back as a customer.

    Oh my gosh, the picture of my dog on that light-up thing is absolutely awesome! It really captures how cute my dog is, and the base is really cool too. You can even switch up the colors! It's seriously the best gift ever to remember my pup.

    I recently bought an iPhone 14 from a retailer that was recommended on a website. I picked this specific retailer because they had good ratings on the comparison site and claimed fast delivery in 3 to 6 days. However, it's been over 6 days and my order hasn't arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they said there was a problem with transportation management but assured me they would fix it. They said to give them 7 days, which ends tomorrow. But on the website, my order still shows the same status, and I haven't even gotten an invoice, even though I've already paid. This lack of communication and follow-up worries me, and I think the website needs to be more careful with the information it gives out.

    Return Processing Fee for Canadian Customers

    I recently bought something from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I'm Canadian, and I was so surprised to see that there's a hidden $10.95 USD fee for returns that they don't even mention until you're ready to send something back. Plus, they don't even give you the choice to get store credit instead. Their Happy Returns policy? Yeah, doesn't apply to us Canucks. When I called to ask about the fee, the person in the international department at first said it would be $10.95 Canadian. Then, she had to correct herself and say it was actually $10.95 USD. She even admitted that they don't really deal with Canada that much, which makes me think they don't really know their own rules. All in all, the service was awful, and they didn't stick to what they promise on their website.

    Sleep apnea cleaner

    I'm super bummed about the smell that sticks around after running the Sleep8 cleaner. I've done everything I can think of to make it go away, but no dice. The scent isn't terrible, but it's definitely not nice. I followed all the cleaning instructions, but the smell won't go away. I even just tried using the tube, and the odor is still there. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is just how it's supposed to be, but either way, it's not cool for a product that's meant to keep your CPAP gear clean and fresh.

    I was kinda bummed out when I got a faulty item and found out they don't take returns. But I gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service I got from the company was top-notch. Even though the automated system kept trying to get me to return the item for store credit with a fee, the customer service team really came through and waived the fee so I could send it back. I think the company should think about changing their policy on returns for faulty items to make things better for customers overall.

    The lingerie set I bought was so gorgeous, with all the delicate lace and sexy design. But man, the courier they used, DPD, totally dropped the ball. They're known for messing up deliveries and being super slow, so why would a top brand like this use them? Luckily, Sarah over at customer service was a real lifesaver. She was super professional and on top of things, and she fixed the whole situation by giving me a refund for the messed-up delivery. I'm definitely happy with what I got, but I just wish the shipping had been better.

    I just received my Chivas and Raul Jimenez Mexico jerseys super fast, and they fit me really well, except for the Raul jersey number already starting to peel! Not cool, you know? It's like they rushed to make it or something because the number should have been pressed on better. I was so excited to finally get my jerseys, but seeing the peeling number really killed my excitement. Living in Canada, I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived quicker than expected, which was great, but the disappointment with the peeling number overshadowed that. I really wish they would have made sure the jerseys were in perfect condition before sending them out. I placed my order back in November, both jerseys are size large, and I still have the tags on them if you want to verify. Oh, I did a guest checkout so I threw away the packaging and don't have the order number, but I can provide other details to prove it's mine if necessary.
