Online glasses purchase
Online companies really need to be clear about where their products are coming from. I bought some glasses recently and found out they were actually being shipped from overseas. It was pretty annoying not knowing that beforehand, and I really wish they had made it clearer before I made my purchase. Companies really should be honest about where their stuff is coming from so customers know what to expect. Also, the tracking info they gave me hasn't been very helpful - my order still hasn't made it to the UK, and it's been almost a week since I placed it.
4 pairs of glasses
Dang, I was thrilled when my glasses finally came in, but you won't believe it - they were completely messed up. Even though the numbers on the glasses were right, the prescription was all off. I can't see a thing with them on! So frustrating, man. And on top of that, they only show up if you track them on some app. But to use the app, you have to let them access your whole phone! Seems pretty shady, huh? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'm just gonna chalk up the money I spent because reaching out to them means giving up all your info.
Multiple sets of reading glasses
I've bought a bunch of reading glasses from this online store, and every time has been great. One time a package didn't show up, but the customer service team quickly sent me a new one for free. The glasses are really good quality, and I've been super happy with every pair I've gotten. I told my friends about this store, and they've liked it too. Men's glasses purchase
The customer service at this store was amazing! They were so helpful with all my questions about delivery and really knew their stuff about their products. When my husband's glasses finally came, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. It was totally worth waiting for and we were really impressed with the price we paid. We were so pleased that now I want to get a pair for myself, and my husband is thinking about getting more too. This whole thing has been great and we will definitely be coming back for more.
