Baby products
As a careful shopper, I always make sure to look into things before buying, especially when it's for my baby. When I saw some bad reviews about this company, I was a little unsure about ordering from them. But, I decided to take a risk since a friend had praised them. I'm happy to report that my experience was really great. Everything went well from ordering to getting the products. The baby items I got were top-notch quality, and I didn't have any problems at all. I would totally suggest this company to anyone looking for baby stuff.
Defective item, exceptional customer service
I was kinda bummed out when I got a faulty item and found out they don't take returns. But I gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service I got from the company was top-notch. Even though the automated system kept trying to get me to return the item for store credit with a fee, the customer service team really came through and waived the fee so I could send it back. I think the company should think about changing their policy on returns for faulty items to make things better for customers overall.
Rings and pendant
I just bought two rings and a pendant from this store. Gotta say, these pieces are absolutely gorgeous and I really liked the great customer service they offered. The customer service rep was super quick at getting back to me, especially when I asked about getting some personalized pieces. But when I got my order, I realized the pendant was actually smaller than they said. Wish the product descriptions were more accurate. Besides that hiccup, I'd give my whole experience a solid 4 stars.
Necklace purchase
I kind of impulsively bought a necklace from this place with no research, but it all worked out because I got it after about a week and it's not bad at all. I did have to hit up customer service to check on my order, but they got back to me pretty fast. After reading some more reviews, I probably wouldn't buy from here again, but I thought I'd share my story for anyone else who's on the fence like I was.
14kt gold paperclip bracelet
I bought a gold bracelet from this company, but it wasn't as nice as it looked in the online pictures. I had to wait forever for it to ship, and when I tried to cancel my order, they wouldn't let me. I lost almost $400 and didn't even get the bracelet. The customer service has gotten better with responding quicker, but they didn't really help me solve the problem. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all.
Delayed delivery, lack of communication
I recently bought something from this store and, man, I was pretty let down. I ordered it on December 16th and they said it would be here in 2-3 weeks. But, it ended up taking like 5 weeks to get to me. What really got me annoyed was that they didn't give me any heads up about the delay. I only got that first confirmation email and then didn't hear anything until I asked about what was going on with my order.
Bracelet from Baby Gold
I would have given them a negative score if I can. This is the worst company, they are scammers. Do not buy anything from this site. It is not real gold. You would be better off buying anywhere else but from them. They are very shady and you will just be throwing your money away. They have a lot of bad reviews. I wished I did my research first before trusting this site. I have learned my lesson the hard do not buy from company’s that are small and not reputable.
