Custom ring with Roman numerals
I recently got a ring with Roman numerals from this brand and it was even better than I expected. I got it as a Christmas gift for a special woman and she loved it. The ring was made really well and the Roman numerals gave it a special touch that made it unique. She wears it all the time and really loves that it's personalized. After that great experience, I decided to buy some diamond hoop earrings, and they are also really great quality and design. Overall, I've had a fantastic experience with this brand and will definitely be shopping with them again.

When I saw some bad reviews about this company, I was a little unsure about ordering from them. But, I decided to take a risk since a friend had praised them. I'm happy to report that my experience was really great. Everything went well from ordering to getting the products. The baby items I got were top-notch quality, and I didn't have any problems at all. I would totally suggest this company to anyone looking for baby stuff.
Defective item, exceptional customer service
I was kinda bummed out when I got a faulty item and found out they don't take returns. But I gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service I got from the company was top-notch. Even though the automated system kept trying to get me to return the item for store credit with a fee, the customer service team really came through and waived the fee so I could send it back. I think the company should think about changing their policy on returns for faulty items to make things better for customers overall.
Rings and pendant
I just bought two rings and a pendant from this store. Gotta say, these pieces are absolutely gorgeous and I really liked the great customer service they offered. The customer service rep was super quick at getting back to me, especially when I asked about getting some personalized pieces. But when I got my order, I realized the pendant was actually smaller than they said. Wish the product descriptions were more accurate. Besides that hiccup, I'd give my whole experience a solid 4 stars.
Gemstone Drop Huggies Hoops purchase
I recently bought some Gemstone Drop Huggies Hoops and was really let down. The earrings I got were way smaller than they looked on the website, which made me feel like I got tricked and didn't get what I wanted. When I contacted customer service to return them and get a refund, they weren't very helpful and kind of brushed me off. It seems like this company does shady stuff because they won't own up to their mistakes with the product pictures. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them since it seems like they care more about making money than making customers happy and being truthful.
HORRIBLE quality and service
Don't buy from this place, seriously! I got some really bad stuff and the people who work there are definitely not experts like they say. Plus, they only give store credit for returns, which is just ridiculous. Why would I want more stuff from them if it's all terrible in the first place? And on top of that, they charge $15 for returns without even telling you until you try to return something. It's a total rip-off, stay away from this place for sure.
Necklace purchase
I kind of impulsively bought a necklace from this place with no research, but it all worked out because I got it after about a week and it's not bad at all. I did have to hit up customer service to check on my order, but they got back to me pretty fast. After reading some more reviews, I probably wouldn't buy from here again, but I thought I'd share my story for anyone else who's on the fence like I was.
Diamond rings for traveling
I bought some rings from a store a while ago and they're still so shiny and sparkly! I wear them all the time, even when I'm cleaning or swimming, and they're holding up really well. I'm actually thinking about getting some more rings soon.

I was super pumped to pick up some adorable baby clothes, but man, they were such a letdown in person. The colors didn't match the pics and the material felt so flimsy. I felt totally conned into getting something that wasn't even worth it. No way I'll be coming back to shop here.

I bought this necklace that turned out to be super light and only 14 inches long, so it didn't even fit right. I tried emailing them four times about the problem but never got a response. Finally, I just decided to send the necklace back in the original packaging. I called a bunch of times, but no one picked up. When I did get through, they said I couldn't get a refund on custom orders, only store credit. The person on the phone said "everything is custom," so my choices for using the credit were pretty limited. It was really annoying to find out there weren't many items to choose from under $100, especially after shelling out so much for the necklace. I totally regret buying it and wish I had known more beforehand.
Bracelet purchase
I recently bought a bracelet from Baby Gold but it broke less than a day after wearing it. Even though they say they have a lifetime warranty, I tried reaching out to them through their website and Instagram with no luck. It's disappointing that they don't stand by the quality of their products or honor their lifetime guarantee. Seems like others have had similar problems too. One person got the wrong custom necklace and couldn't return it because it was "custom." Another got just one earring instead of a pair, and now they have to pay $15 to send it back. This kind of customer service and lack of responsibility is really worrisome.

OMG, seriously, I got this coupon code for Baby Gold, right? I thought it would give me a discount but when I tried to use it, it didn't even work! And when I reached out to customer service, it felt like talking to a robot because no one responded. Plus, when I finally got my order, it wasn't even what I was hoping for. Ugh, definitely not shopping there again!

If a gold bracelet can't even hold up for 3 months, what does that say about the quality of their jewelry? I suggest saving your money and buying from a more trustworthy place. This company is completely dishonest.
Cigar band ring
I recently bought a cigar band ring from this store, and I have to say, I was not happy with my experience. When I got the ring, it was too big, so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. But, to my disappointment, the store's return policy only offered store credit, which was really inconvenient for me. On top of that, the quality of the gold in the ring was not great - it scratched too easily and didn't hold up well. Even though I wore it every day, it started looking worn out with scratches, not as nice as my other gold jewelry pieces. I wish I had shopped somewhere else where I could have gotten better quality jewelry for a similar price.
