I recently bought a necklace, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. Even though I got a 20% discount, the quality just didn't live up to the hefty price. The diamond was dull, the clasp was way too tiny, and the whole look of it was just not what I expected.
Recent necklace purchase
I bought a necklace, but turns out my partner got the same one. They tried to cancel the order, but the company said no. We both got the necklaces and they're not great quality. The clasp is hard to open and it feels cheap, definitely not what I expected for something that's supposed to be 14 karat gold. I'm going to get them checked by a jeweler to see if they're real or not.

I bought these really cute earrings that were super affordable, but they broke so easily! I tried contacting the seller so many times about it, but never heard back from them.
14kt gold paperclip bracelet
I bought a gold bracelet from this company, but it wasn't as nice as it looked in the online pictures. I had to wait forever for it to ship, and when I tried to cancel my order, they wouldn't let me. I lost almost $400 and didn't even get the bracelet. The customer service has gotten better with responding quicker, but they didn't really help me solve the problem. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company at all.
Delayed delivery, lack of communication
I recently bought something from this store and, man, I was pretty let down. I ordered it on December 16th and they said it would be here in 2-3 weeks. But, it ended up taking like 5 weeks to get to me. What really got me annoyed was that they didn't give me any heads up about the delay. I only got that first confirmation email and then didn't hear anything until I asked about what was going on with my order.

I would have given them a negative score if I can. This is the worst company, they are scammers. Do not buy anything from this site. It is not real gold. You would be better off buying anywhere else but from them. They are very shady and you will just be throwing your money away. They have a lot of bad reviews. I wished I did my research first before trusting this site. I have learned my lesson the hard do not buy from company’s that are small and not reputable.
