Bought cute baby clothes
I was super pumped to pick up some adorable baby clothes, but man, they were such a letdown in person. The colors didn't match the pics and the material felt so flimsy. I felt totally conned into getting something that wasn't even worth it. No way I'll be coming back to shop here.

Quality service and responsive team
The customer service at this place is really great. They answered my questions fast and fixed any problems right away. I liked how they went the extra mile to get me curtains even though it wasn't included in the regular deal. The team members were all really professional and kept everything up to a high standard during my visit. The property was well-kept and in a good spot, which made it feel cozy and comfortable. I want to give a big thank you to Komelia, Alea, and everyone else who made my stay as nice as it could be.

Purchased filters in early August
I bought some filters that were supposed to be in stock, but I haven't gotten any shipping updates. And when I tried contacting customer service through chat, nobody replied. Starting to think this might be a scam.

Silk pajama set
I just bought this really nice silk pajama set from their online store. I was so happy with how comfy and good quality it was. The silk felt really luxurious on my skin and the pajamas were super breathable, so I slept really well. The size was perfect and the design was elegant and stylish. Their customer service was also awesome - they answered all my questions quickly and helped me with my order. Coding classes for son
Ms. Ghazal, the teacher, is just amazing. She's so supportive, always there to help and understand during class. She really goes the extra mile to make sure we get it and she's always available for questions, even after class. She's super flexible with scheduling and never lets us forget about any work that needs to be done. My son really enjoys learning from her and sees her more as a partner or even like a mom, not just a teacher. He loves her so much he doesn't even want a substitute teacher. She's just awesome and we are so thankful for her guidance.

Extended stay experience
I stayed at one of the hotels from this chain not too long ago, and I gotta say, the room wasn't top-notch. It wasn't super dirty, but it wasn't spotless either. The staff were cool though, they helped me out when I asked for a room that was wheelchair accessible. I should have checked if it had the right bed setup before I booked it though. Despite that, my stay was alright and I still made it to the event I had lined up.
