Stay at a modern, clean hotel
I had a great time at a hotel on Hospitality Lane in Fredericksburg, VA recently. The hotel looked like it was freshly built and the surrounding area was nice. I was happy to see plenty of parking spaces when I arrived. Inside, the lobby was really clean and had a modern style that caught my eye. My room was amazing - super clean and had all the modern amenities I needed. The kitchen even had all new appliances, which was a cool bonus. The staff was friendly and professional, they made my stay even better. Overall, I had a really good experience and will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I'm in the area.
This is awesome
Extended Stay America is my favorite, even i just stayed here for the first time. I was going there for some important meeting but i planned to stay for few more days. I booked a room here and oh boy the hospitality here is amazing here. the room is so good, clean and big enough with a comfortable future. Also the room got windows, its quite fresh and looks healthy to me.I have seen people here with the pets, the staff told me that this place is pet friendly which i really find it amazing. The full equipped fridge and 24 X 7 wifi , both is amazing
Extended stay, KC Airport NW Plaza
My husband and I just had a great time staying at the Extended Stay place near KC Airport NW Plaza for about 2-1/2 months. The staff there, especially Pam, Crystal, and the rest of the team, took really good care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome, like we were part of the family. We were so happy with our stay that we're already thinking about coming back next time we need a place to stay in the area.
Temporary Housing Stay
I needed a place to crash for a while and I stumbled upon ESA. I ended up staying from August to January and it was legit. The prices were good, the staff was super nice, and the room was clean and modern with a kitchen. Being able to cook my own meals was a real plus.
Accommodation experience
I had a really bad experience staying at the place on 2621 Research Blvd, Rockville, MD. The rooms were not clean, there were bugs and hairs everywhere. The people hanging around outside were causing trouble at all times. The rooms were old and moldy, making my stay even worse. On top of all that, the customer service was terrible. They even threatened to charge me extra if I wanted to leave early because I was unhappy with the service.
Stayed at a super gross hotel
Ugh, that hotel was so gross! The furniture was old and worn out, the cabinet doors in the kitchen were sticky, and there was a missing panel in the bathroom cabinet. The bathroom was disgusting, full of mold, and didn't even have basic stuff like a microwave or coffee machine. The bed was uncomfortable, and the floors were dirty. I spent way too much money on that place - total rip-off!
Filthy room and bugs
The room at the Richmond location on Broad Street South was completely gross. Bugs everywhere, place was filthy! I went to the front desk and the guy there just laughed in my face, like I was kidding. Then, when I told the lady at check-out about the bugs, she acted like it wasn't a big deal and just smiled. I was so scared and disgusted, I'll never stay there again. I wish I could show everyone how gross it was in those pictures.
Extended stay;
I travel a lot for work and I ended up staying at one spot for over a year. It was pretty pricey to rent by the week, and sometimes my company would forget to send the payment, but they always fixed it fast. However, near the end of my stay, there was a money mix-up and I had to use my own credit card for one night to avoid getting kicked out. To my surprise, when I checked my bill later, I saw that they not only charged me for that night, but also for two extra nights. I let the front desk know and reached out to the main office, but I still haven't gotten a refund or heard anything about their investigation. The staff's poor customer service and lack of responsibility have left me really upset. On top of that, the hotel wasn't too clean and the presence of roaches made it even worse. I won't be going back to any of their places in the future.
Low quality housing
My stay at this hotel really let me down. The prices might be cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. There were always problems with how clean the place was, safety issues, and sketchy people hanging around. I saw people doing drugs, arguing, and just felt like there was no security. The employees didn't seem to care about fixing any of my issues or helping at all. I just felt really unsafe and uneasy the whole time I was there.
Bad room reservation experience
I booked a room for a whole week, but when we got there after a crazy late flight, there was nobody at the front desk to help us check-in! We waited forever, tried calling, but nobody came. We ended up crashing in the car and had to find a different hotel the next morning. And when I complained to corporate, they didn't even bother to help! It's just so ridiculous!
Extended stay nightmare
Man, I hate that I even have to be writing this review, but my time at this place was so bad I can't keep quiet about it. Let me tell you, first off, there were roaches all over the room. So nasty and completely not ok. Then, on top of that, there was no hot water for a shower. How do they expect me to clean up without hot water? And if that wasn't bad enough, I found food under the bed, man, that's just gross. Housekeeping needs to step up their game big time. I tried talking to the staff about all these problems, but they straight up hung up on me when I told them. This place doesn't even deserve half a star, seriously. I could keep going about all the other issues I had during my stay, but there were just too many to even list.
Bugs, gross room
We found this room online and booked it for 8 nights, but man, when we showed up, it was a disaster. Bugs everywhere - insects, cockroaches, even bed bugs. We let the staff know, but they didn't lift a finger to assist us. The room was filthy, stinky like mold, and just plain nasty. We couldn't tough it out for more than 2 days, it was that bad.
Roaches in bathroom
OMG, it was so gross! I stayed at this place and there were roaches in the bathroom, just crawling all over the walls! I had to switch rooms, but the roaches were still there. The cleanliness was a total disaster, like a big fat 1 out of 10. The bathroom walls and fridge were just disgusting, I can't believe they're even still open! There was water leaking from the walls, trash all over the place, and box springs just scattered everywhere. It was seriously the worst experience ever! There were even dead bugs everywhere, it's so nasty. I wouldn't even let my dog stay there!
Extended stay accommodation in Seattle
I stayed at an extended stay hotel in Seattle for more than two months. I was unhappy with the condition of my room and asked to switch to a different room. I had to wait a day for a new room because the housekeeper was not available. I finally got a new room, which was a lot nicer. However, the manager accidentally rented out my old room and put me on the Do Not Rent list, so I had to leave. On top of that, they charged me extra fees and did not refund my deposit. I felt like I was treated unfairly and there was a lack of communication. Because of this experience, I will not be staying here again.
Stay at Novi Extended Stay
My stay at the Novi place was a total nightmare. The room was super dirty, like the floors were all sticky and there was dirt all over the tub and fridge. It was just gross. When we asked for stuff like plates, pots, and pans that they said they had online, they said we had to buy them and it was way too expensive. And if we wanted extra towels, they charged for that too! They wanted us to use the same towel for days, which is not cool. The false advertising and not having basic stuff we needed was a big surprise. And the attitude of the staff was just terrible, like they didn't care at all. The manager was missing and the person working there had no idea what to do. The lack of hygiene and not being clean at all was not okay at this place.
