I've actually used this junk removal service a handful of times, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing every time. The scheduling is easy-peasy, and the quotes are right on point, which has really made the whole process a piece of cake. I was really bummed out by the personalized birthday card I got from that store. It was a total letdown. The design was boring, the paper was cheap, and it honestly seemed like it was printed in someone's basement. It was just a huge disappointment all around, and I felt like I totally wasted my money on something that didn't live up to expectations.

I had some trouble installing the product on my iPhone. Even though I did everything right, the features just wouldn't work. I contacted customer support using the form on the website. It took a whole day to hear back, and they told me to try reinstalling the app. Luckily, that did the trick and the app started working like it should. But, I have to say, the wait for their response was longer than I thought it would be.

Anniversary invitation
Choosing, ordering, and editing my anniversary invitation was a breeze - super easy! The designs available were awesome, and I found the perfect one for our 50th anniversary card shower with no problem. The only hiccup was that the surprise was totally spoiled since the couple found out about the invite before it was even sent out. So, I had to do everything all over again and reorder, which was kind of annoying.

Extended stay nightmare
Man, I hate that I even have to be writing this review, but my time at this place was so bad I can't keep quiet about it. Let me tell you, first off, there were roaches all over the room. So nasty and completely not ok. Then, on top of that, there was no hot water for a shower. How do they expect me to clean up without hot water? And if that wasn't bad enough, I found food under the bed, man, that's just gross. Housekeeping needs to step up their game big time. I tried talking to the staff about all these problems, but they straight up hung up on me when I told them. This place doesn't even deserve half a star, seriously. I could keep going about all the other issues I had during my stay, but there were just too many to even list.

So I had this major issue with my order from Organifi. The distributor messed things up big time and I ended up waiting forever for a resolution. Organifi didn't even bother to investigate the problem, they just shut down my ticket like it was no big deal. Thankfully, the distributor eventually fixed things, but Organifi was totally unhelpful throughout the whole process. Their customer service reps were friendly, but let's be real, they were completely useless. All they did was apologize and then close the ticket. It was such a hassle getting everything sorted out, so frustrating!
