    Thousands of audio instruments making company today trying to beat each other but Marshal is not worry about any competition.
    My first purchase was Woburn II Bluetooth speaker.What a speaker ..Unbeatable performance,110 watts for home is quite suitable
    Wooden cabinet makes it more powerful and sound base is mind blowing.Again three months back I bought headphone Major IV ,just imagine its continue playing 80 hours and more on one recharge , just fantastic,I love all products of Marshal.

    Replacement of faulty headphones

    I recently had a problem with a pair of Mode EQ headphones I bought, so I reached out to customer support for help. I have to say, the support team was super helpful and efficient in finding a solution for me. After a few days of talking about the issue, we decided that replacing the headphones was the best option. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to send back the old headphones; instead, I got a replacement package without any fuss. Even though I didn't keep track of all the emails we sent back and forth, I really appreciated the updates and communication from the support team. Overall, I'm really happy with the service I got from Marshall Headphones.

    Speaker repair, Woburn 2 offered

    I was really excited to have Alex and Ian help me out when my speaker broke. They were really cool and helped me send it in for repairs. Unfortunately, they didn't have the parts to fix it, but they offered me a refurbished Woburn 2 instead. I only had to pay for the shipping, which was really awesome of them. I now have about 8 Marshall products and they all sound amazing! Marshall has been in the game for a long time and their new stuff is just as great. Definitely take a look at Marshall online or at Best Buy, you won't regret it!

    Outstanding headphones and customer support

    The headphones I bought are awesome, they have really great sound quality for the price. I like that they have a one-button control that is super easy to use. The only problem I had was a little sizzle noise during long phone calls. But, when I reached out to customer support, they were so quick and friendly! They worked hard to fix the issue and ended up sending me a replacement pair. Their customer service was really amazing. I'm definitely sticking with this brand for all my future purchases.

    Left earbud stopped working

    The dang left earbud on my headphones just quit on me outta nowhere! Hadn't even had 'em for that long. So, I hit up customer service and lo and behold, they were super quick and helpful. They had me try a few things to fix it, but when that didn't work, they sent me a new pair right away. It was easy peasy, no fuss at all, and I really liked how straight to the point they were. Gotta say, I was pretty dang impressed with both the headphones and the customer service.

    Wireless headphones

    I've been a supporter of this brand for a while now, but I had a really bad experience with their customer service recently. The automated responses I got didn't help at all, they were just generic and unhelpful. I was close to calling it quits after being loyal for ten years. It was annoying to feel like I was just another customer to them. But then Sherri from customer support stepped in and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. So glad she was there to help out.

    Man, I just gotta say, I snagged these headphones and they're absolutely killer! The sound quality is off the charts and they're sleek as can be.     Factory Tour Experience

    My recent tour of the factory was really cool. The receptionist was super friendly and the guide who showed us around was very informative. Seeing the amps and guitars that belonged to famous rock musicians was amazing, especially for someone like me who loves music. Watching how the amps are made was so interesting, and visiting the sound studio was definitely the best part. I suggest going on this tour if you can - it's worth it!

    Over two years with my headphones

    I've been using my headphones for over two years now and I really love them. The sound quality is amazing and I haven't had any major problems until recently. I had to replace the ear pads, which was expensive, and then the headband ripped not long after. When I contacted customer service for assistance, all they did was offer me a voucher for a new pair. I was disappointed because I can't afford to spend more money on headphones just because of one small problem. It would have been nice if they had been more helpful in finding a solution that wasn't so expensive.

    Fridge and MG30GFX amp

    I bought a fridge and MG30GFX amp from this company not too long ago, and I gotta be honest, I'm pretty bummed out. The fridge makes a lot of noise and seems like it's made poorly, and the amp has been a total pain. I've made up my mind to return both items this week and look for a different brand. I really wish I hadn't bought from this company.

    The sound from this little speaker is so good, especially for people like me who really love classical music.     Stanmore II purchase on Black Friday

    The sound on that Stanmore II I bought on Black Friday is just top-notch! Snagged it at a nice discount and I'm thrilled with it. But, I hit a little snag with the delivery address. Annoyingly, you can't fix any errors once your order's in, which was a real headache.

    False advertising and misleading return policy

    I just bought something from this company, but I found out that their return policy isn't as clear as they say. They say they offer a full refund within 30 days, but they don't say that customers have to pay for return shipping. Also, they don't tell Canadian customers that the products are shipped from the USA, which can lead to high return fees. This lack of transparency feels tricky and unfair coming from a popular brand. I won't be buying from them again and I'll make sure to tell others to be careful.

    Fantastic products, excellent customer service

    I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was blown away. Not only were the products amazing, but the customer service was top-notch too.
