Free trial purchase
I thought I was gonna save some money with the free trial, but then they went ahead and charged me a huge amount without even telling me! And on top of that, the product was difficult for my dogs to eat and didn't even do what it was supposed to. When I asked for a refund, the customer service person was really rude and not helpful at all. They even sent my money back to a bank account that's closed and told me to get a statement from the bank, which was a complete joke. They owe me $90 and have been ignoring all my emails. It's so annoying!

Messenger bag replacement
I've been using my messenger bag every day for over a year now, and it's always filled to the brim with all my stuff. Unfortunately, I somehow managed to break the strap, so I was just looking to get a replacement. But when I contacted customer service, they not only sent me a new strap but also replaced the whole bag for me. I was so surprised and incredibly grateful for their kindness. The new bag is just as sturdy and stylish as my old one, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Overall, I had a great experience with their customer service and I would definitely recommend their bags to anyone looking for something reliable.

Free trial from bundle purchase
I signed up for a free trial as part of a bundle deal, and man, I regretted it right away. Trying to cancel my subscription was a nightmare. Every time I tried to hit the cancel button, I just kept getting errors or a blank page that wouldn't load. It seemed like they were purposely making it hard for me to leave. On top of that, even after I unsubscribed, I was still bombarded with emails trying to get me back. And when I tried to unsubscribe from those emails, it was a dead end. This company is basically a bunch of scammers trying to trap you. My advice? Steer clear, way clear.

Airline ticket purchase
I had a really terrible time trying to book my flight. The website was a total mess. It seemed like it was made by someone who didn't know what they were doing with web design. Everything was all jumbled up, hard to find, and just not pleasing to look at. It's sad that a well-known airline would have such a low-quality website. I was hoping for something better and ended up really let down.

Duvet purchase
So, I was online shopping for a duvet, and I came across this awesome one from this new shop. I wasn't really familiar with the brand, but the price was right and they looked legit, so I took a chance. And let me tell you, this duvet is incredible! I slept like a baby the first night with it. It's so comfy and feels like pure luxury. On top of that, it got here super fast. I totally recommend it!

Stay at a hotel in Lithonia, GA
The hotel in Lithonia, Georgia was just alright, not the cleanest. The beds were uncomfortable and we had car break-ins with unhelpful staff. Didn't even get an email receipt. Their customer service was pretty poor.
