Nomatic Classic Carry-On luggage
Now that we have taken several trips using the carry on classic I feel confident in a making an objective review.
The good:
1) IT ROLLS! The unit moves effortlessly on hard surfaces, like airport floors, sidewalks, etc., and very well on carpet. We used both the Nomatic bag with a Samsonite equivalent on a recent trip and your bag was sooooo much easier to track around that it wasn't even a close comparison!
2) The sizing for current overhead compartments is awesome.
3) The magnetic pulls for the mesh barriers make the packing noteably more efficient than any other carry on that I've packed. These things are easy to use, believe it or not. You don't have to grip and apply a lot of force to compress the packaging and they release very easily.
Needs improvement:
This may be nitpicking, but we do a good bit of international travel that requires more loading and unloading of bags than normal. I would like a handle or designated grabbing section on the bottom (wheel side) of the bag. This would facilitate the picking up and down of the bag at times.Travel pack purchase
I bought this travel pack from this company and I've been using it for over three years now. The design is not only good-looking but also really practical for both everyday use and travel. There are so many features on the pack that I haven't even tried out yet. Recently, I noticed a zipper issue on the pack after all this time, but the rest of the bag still looks great. I reached out to customer service for a warranty request, and they quickly provided a replacement without any problems. The whole experience was easy and they kept me updated every step of the way. I definitely recommend this company and their products if you're looking for a durable and stylish bag for travel or daily use.

I've been using this backpack every single day for over three years now, and I gotta say, I'm still blown away by how well it's held up. All in all, my time with this backpack has been absolutely fantastic.
Messenger bag replacement

Tiger Stripe Sling Bag
I picked up this awesome Tiger Stripe Sling Bag from that place about a year ago. They've got a lifetime warranty, which is pretty sweet. But man, oh man, the shipping cost more than the bag itself! I reached out to a guy named Cam, and he really came through for me. Hooked me up with some store credit, and I didn't even have to bother sending back the old bag. So cool!
Laptop bag purchase
I just bought a laptop bag from here, and let me tell you, it's been amazing. I've tried out a bunch of bags from different brands, but this one is definitely the best in terms of quality, functionality, and design. I recently bought this backpack from a company and it is seriously awesome. The backpack itself is top-quality and I got some really great customer service when I reached out. I was shocked by how fast they replied and gave me a refund for the price difference in just 20 minutes. I have never experienced this level of service from an online store before. I am super impressed and will definitely keep shopping with them in the future.
Durable backpack with zipper issues
Even though the backpack is tough and well-built, there's a problem with how the corners are designed that ends up putting too much pressure on the zippers. Once the zippers start coming off the fabric, that's when things get really annoying. I had to bug customer service for about 2-3 months until they finally did something about it. Dealing with all that was a big pain and took up so much time, making using the backpack not as great of an experience. If you're cool with constantly pestering customer service to fix a basic issue, then the backpack is actually pretty good.
Four wheeled carry-on, camera backpack, compression cubes
I just bought some gear from this company - a four-wheel carry-on, camera backpack, and compression cubes - and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I had this warranty problem with something I bought recently, but this guy Cam from the company really came through and helped me out super quick. I gotta say, I really appreciate the great customer service that Cam and the rest of the company showed me.
