My interactions with the customer service folks at this company were top-notch. I bought a travel backpack that was out of stock when I ordered it and was stressed about getting it before my trip. But Brie, the customer service rep, really stepped up to make sure I got what I needed. She was super attentive, compassionate, and committed to fixing my issue. I'm truly grateful for her hard work and determination in getting me the backpack.
Backpack purchase
When I decided to buy a top-notch backpack, I wanted something with top-quality materials, perfect fit and finish, and amazing customer service. After checking out a bunch of options, I went for a pricier backpack that promised top-notch quality and durability. I've been using this backpack every single day for over three years now, and I gotta say, I'm still blown away by how well it's held up. There was one zipper mishap early on, but the customer service team swooped in and replaced the bag for free without any fuss. I love when a company listens to feedback and stands by their stuff. All in all, my time with this backpack has been absolutely fantastic.
New backpack purchase
I recently bought this backpack from a company and it is seriously awesome. The backpack itself is top-quality and I got some really great customer service when I reached out. I bought the backpack not too long ago, and then it went on sale today. So I decided to contact their customer service through their website to see if they would match the sale price. I was shocked by how fast they replied and gave me a refund for the price difference in just 20 minutes. I have never experienced this level of service from an online store before. I am super impressed and will definitely keep shopping with them in the future.
Backpack and accessories purchase
I gotta say, this company is seriously top-notch to work with! So, like, I had a little hiccup with my order shipping recently, but they totally took care of it right away. Customer service, especially Brie, was just fantastic. She was super helpful and seriously went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The backpack and accessories I got are, like, seriously amazing in terms of quality and design. I’m a big fan and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Seriously, just go ahead and buy from them!
Warranty registration inquiry
I contacted customer service because some things I bought weren't showing up on my account. They got back to me quickly, gave me the info I needed, and made sure everything was good with the warranty coverage. I'm happy with how well they communicated and will definitely buy from them again.
My backpack broke
My backpack broke and I needed some help fixing it. Luckily, the company’s support was awesome! They fixed my issue right away, no problem. They knew exactly what was up and got it all sorted out in less than a day. I was super impressed! It’s obvious they take pride in their products and care about their customers. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. Great work!
Nomatic Classic Carry-On luggage
Now that we have taken several trips using the carry on classic I feel confident in a making an objective review.
The good:
1) IT ROLLS! The unit moves effortlessly on hard surfaces, like airport floors, sidewalks, etc., and very well on carpet. We used both the Nomatic bag with a Samsonite equivalent on a recent trip and your bag was sooooo much easier to track around that it wasn't even a close comparison!
2) The sizing for current overhead compartments is awesome.
3) The magnetic pulls for the mesh barriers make the packing noteably more efficient than any other carry on that I've packed. These things are easy to use, believe it or not. You don't have to grip and apply a lot of force to compress the packaging and they release very easily.
Needs improvement:
This may be nitpicking, but we do a good bit of international travel that requires more loading and unloading of bags than normal. I would like a handle or designated grabbing section on the bottom (wheel side) of the bag. This would facilitate the picking up and down of the bag at times.
