I was really impressed by how simple it was to find the place to drop off my luggage, the staff there was so nice, and the whole process of leaving my stuff and then getting it back was really smooth. It was super convenient for me, just had to walk a couple minutes to the train station in Florence. Definitely a reliable service and I would recommend it to anyone looking for temporary storage.
