Hey there, as a parent, I just wanted to give a shoutout to The Toy Shop for their awesome selection of toys. I recently bought one for my kiddo and it was a big hit! Soft toy replacement
So, my son lost his favorite plush toy while we were out with the family. I made it my mission to find a replacement. After looking all over the internet, I came across The Toy Shop and decided to give it a try. The website said they had the toy in stock, but I was a bit worried because I've had bad experiences with online orders before. But let me tell you, the customer service at The Toy Shop was amazing. I reached out through the contact form and right away I was talking to a super helpful lady named Sarah. She went above and beyond to check at stores near me and she managed to snag the last one available. Thanks to Sarah's hard work, my son was over the moon when he got his toy back. I can't thank her enough. You don't see that kind of personalized service often these days, so I was seriously impressed with The Toy Shop. They really went above and beyond for us.
Great Collections
Heaven for kids,huge collections in hundred varieties.I mostly come to this store online .Some of categories are educational and some are good to kids busy.For my Play school .Even many customer donate toys ,they are also using TTS

Pebble painting ,colorful markers .How small and simple toy time creations by kids and just see how interesting to see them most busy.

I recently talked to this guy named Ollie over at The Toy Shop, and I gotta say, he really came through for us. My daughter got a jigsaw puzzle for her birthday, but it was missing a piece. After reaching out to Ollie, he quickly sent us the missing piece. But when it didn't quite fit right, he went ahead and sent us a whole new puzzle. That was really cool of him, didn't expect it at all!
I was super impressed by how fast and smooth Ollie handled everything. His amazing customer service not only fixed the problem, but it also taught my daughter about not giving up and being patient. I just wanted to give props to Ollie for going out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.Quick problem resolution
The customer service over at that toy shop is amazing! I ran into a problem with my order and gave them a call. A guy named Vince answered, and he was so helpful. I bought a bubble machine recently that ended up being leaky, but the customer service folks were really great and took care of everything right away. Their amazing help is why I keep coming back to shop at that store.

I just bought a gift for my daughter's birthday at the last minute and chose next day delivery. But, there was a mistake with my order when I placed it online. Luckily, the customer service team was super quick and helpful in fixing the issue. They made sure to prioritize my delivery so that I got it on time, which was awesome. Fraser really went above and beyond with his service, and I'm so impressed and thankful for how fast they handled everything.
The Wonder List challenges
I was so excited to come across The Toy Shop after my usual store couldn't hook me up with the full set of The Wonder List challenges for my 3-year-old. I sent them a message on Facebook, and Vince got back to me in no time with a super helpful response. Not only did he send us the missing Belle challenge, but he also sent the whole set! Toy with safety concern

I recently picked up the most awesome Lego set ever from the Toy Shop! I found some really cool action figures at The Toy Shop! Their customer service is awesome, they helped me when I couldn't track my order online. The prices are amazing, I got a bunch of figures for half off! The quality of the products is top-notch. I had a great time shopping there. I'll definitely be going back for more action figures soon!
Slime kit
I bought a slime kit from The Toy Shop, but when it got here, one of the containers was cracked. I called customer service and this really friendly lady named Julia helped me out. She gave me clear instructions on what to do and said a new container would arrive in 3 days. The customer service was great and I'm excited to make some slime with my friends!
Replacement battery pack for Little Cooks Kitchen
I had to contact The Toy Shop to get a new battery pack for the Little Cooks Kitchen because the old one disappeared at Toddler Group. I was so happy with the help I got. They sent me a new one for free in just a few days. The kids at Toddler Group will be so excited because they really enjoy playing with the kitchen. I appreciate the quick and trustworthy service.
