Playful and educational toys
Hey there, as a parent, I just wanted to give a shoutout to The Toy Shop for their awesome selection of toys. I recently bought one for my kiddo and it was a big hit! Not only are the toys super fun to play with, but they also help with learning and development. I really appreciate that the packaging includes tips for parents on how to play with the toys in an educational way.<br><br>Plus, I've had nothing but good experiences with the customer service team at The Toy Shop. They've always been super helpful whenever I've had an issue, like a damaged box or missing part. Their quick responses and willingness to address any concerns make me a happy customer, for sure.<br><br>Just today, I had to reach out to the customer service team again for a replacement part. Ollie was awesome in handling everything and made sure the replacement was on its way to me ASAP. I was really impressed by their level of service and attention to detail.<br><br>Overall, I'm really happy with both the products and customer service at The Toy Shop. I'd definitely recommend them to any parents out there looking for fun and engaging toys for their kids.
Great Collections
Heaven for kids,huge collections in hundred varieties.I mostly come to this store online .Some of categories are educational and some are good to kids busy.For my Play school .Even many customer donate toys ,they are also using TTS
This way I am helping this store.
I got supported by discounts on good number of toys purchase.Some times they advertise upcoming toys and display them.
Pebble painting ,colorful markers .How small and simple toy time creations by kids and just see how interesting to see them most busy.

If one toy is not enjoyable what is use.Therefore I have full confidence ,these educational and creativity type toys works and worth.Missing piece issue
I recently talked to this guy named Ollie over at The Toy Shop, and I gotta say, he really came through for us. My daughter got a jigsaw puzzle for her birthday, but it was missing a piece. After reaching out to Ollie, he quickly sent us the missing piece. But when it didn't quite fit right, he went ahead and sent us a whole new puzzle. That was really cool of him, didn't expect it at all!
I was super impressed by how fast and smooth Ollie handled everything. His amazing customer service not only fixed the problem, but it also taught my daughter about not giving up and being patient. I just wanted to give props to Ollie for going out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.Toy car and doll set
I recently bought a toy car and doll set from The Toy Shop. At first, things didn't go so smoothly with my order. I paid in the morning but didn't get any confirmation. I was getting pretty annoyed. But when I contacted their online chat, I was happy with how fast and helpful Fraser, the rep, was. He sorted out my problem quickly, and I was really grateful for that. Once the issue was fixed, everything went super smoothly and stress-free. All in all, I'd have to say that The Toy Shop's customer service really came through for me.
Toy with safety concern
Ollie from customer service totally came through for me when I needed help. I bought a toy that was a safety issue, and he was right there to assist. He picked up the phone quickly, listened to my problem, and got a replacement sorted out fast. Ollie was not just nice and helpful, but he really showed he cared about my safety with the toy. He's a real star on your team and deserves some props for his top-notch customer service.
Replacement parts for cash machine
I just chatted with the customer support live on the store's website because I couldn't find the product code for the replacement parts I needed for my daughter's cash register. Vince, the guy I talked to, was super helpful and got everything sorted out for me right away. He even took care of sending the replacements without any trouble. I'm really thankful for the amazing customer service I got.
The Wonder List challenges
I was so excited to come across The Toy Shop after my usual store couldn't hook me up with the full set of The Wonder List challenges for my 3-year-old. I sent them a message on Facebook, and Vince got back to me in no time with a super helpful response. Not only did he send us the missing Belle challenge, but he also sent the whole set! My kiddo was over the moon. Big thanks for going the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers!
Toy order
I ordered a toy online, but it got lost somewhere in the delivery. I waited a few days for it to show up, and then out of the blue, customer service got in touch with me. Anna was so nice and helpful. She quickly set up a replacement to be sent to me fast. I really want to thank The Toy Shop team for their amazing customer service. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
Customer service experience
I gotta say, I had the best customer service ever at the toy store. Frank was so on top of things when I reached out with a question, he had quick and helpful answers for me. And on top of that, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. Chatting with him was actually a pleasant experience. I'm really grateful for the awesome service Frank provided.
Quick refund
My order got delayed right after I placed it, but Fraser in customer service really came through for me. He suggested expedited shipping, but since it was a gift and I needed it ASAP, he agreed to process a refund right away. I was really happy with how he handled everything.
