Quick problem resolution
The customer service over at that toy shop is amazing! I ran into a problem with my order and gave them a call. A guy named Vince answered, and he was so helpful. He took care of everything on the spot. Not only did he fix my issue right away, but guess what? My order showed up the very next day. It's pretty cool to see such quick and effective customer service, especially when we're so used to dealing with automated systems and waiting forever to talk to someone. Big shoutout to Vince and the whole team for really going the extra mile to make sure customers like me are happy.
Leaky bubble machine
I bought a bubble machine recently that ended up being leaky, but the customer service folks were really great and took care of everything right away. Their amazing help is why I keep coming back to shop at that store.

I totally messed up and forgot to add express shipping to my order for a last-minute birthday gift. After I completed my purchase, I reached out to customer service to see if they could still do it in time. The seller went ahead and upgraded my shipping to express for free and even included a personalized message confirming it. It really put my mind at ease! The service was absolutely fantastic. I recently picked up the most awesome Lego set ever from the Toy Shop! I recently bought a toy car and doll set from The Toy Shop. At first, things didn't go so smoothly with my order. I paid in the morning but didn't get any confirmation. I was getting pretty annoyed. But when I contacted their online chat, I was happy with how fast and helpful Fraser, the rep, was. He sorted out my problem quickly, and I was really grateful for that. Once the issue was fixed, everything went super smoothly and stress-free. All in all, I'd have to say that The Toy Shop's customer service really came through for me.
Awesome action figures
I found some really cool action figures at The Toy Shop! Their customer service is awesome, they helped me when I couldn't track my order online. The prices are amazing, I got a bunch of figures for half off! The quality of the products is top-notch. I had a great time shopping there. I'll definitely be going back for more action figures soon!
Slime kit
I bought a slime kit from The Toy Shop, but when it got here, one of the containers was cracked. I called customer service and this really friendly lady named Julia helped me out. She gave me clear instructions on what to do and said a new container would arrive in 3 days. The customer service was great and I'm excited to make some slime with my friends!
Replacement battery pack for Little Cooks Kitchen
I had to contact The Toy Shop to get a new battery pack for the Little Cooks Kitchen because the old one disappeared at Toddler Group. I was so happy with the help I got. They sent me a new one for free in just a few days. The kids at Toddler Group will be so excited because they really enjoy playing with the kitchen. I appreciate the quick and trustworthy service. I just chatted with the customer support live on the store's website because I couldn't find the product code for the replacement parts I needed for my daughter's cash register. Missing piece issue
I recently talked to this guy named Ollie over at The Toy Shop, and I gotta say, he really came through for us. My daughter got a jigsaw puzzle for her birthday, but it was missing a piece. Customer service experience
I gotta say, I had the best customer service ever at the toy store. Frank was so on top of things when I reached out with a question, he had quick and helpful answers for me. And on top of that, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. Chatting with him was actually a pleasant experience. I'm really grateful for the awesome service Frank provided.

My order got delayed right after I placed it, but Fraser in customer service really came through for me. He suggested expedited shipping, but since it was a gift and I needed it ASAP, he agreed to process a refund right away. I was really happy with how he handled everything.
