I've been using this business mail service for a while now, and one thing that really bugs me is how long it takes for them to process things. After they get your mail, they ship it all the way to Oregon for scanning, and it can sometimes take up to ten days just for that! It's super annoying when you need to access your mail quickly for work stuff. Plus, the extra fees for shipping are crazy. They make a big markup on shipping costs just to make some extra cash, instead of giving their customers more affordable options. It really feels like they're just trying to milk the situation for more money.

Honda Civic Si Coupe 2018, GTS Black race chip
I just got the GTS Black race chip for my 2018 Honda Civic Si Coupe, and let me tell you, it really amps up the power. I decided to throw in a PRL air filter (street version) even though the chip is supposed to be used on a stock engine with no changes. Sometimes I struggle a bit with the initial acceleration because of the extra air intake from the new filter. When I upgraded to the PRL race version air intake, the chip just wasn't cutting it anymore and I had to get it reprogrammed with Hondata or KTuner. Overall, if you're looking to give your car a power boost while keeping it looking stock, this chip is a great choice. It would be amazing if they had options for trucks like my Mitsubishi Outlander too, though.

I had a horrible time at that store. The person who brought my order to my car was totally rude and not helpful at all. Plus, they didn't even give me a receipt. When I wanted to check my order before signing for it, they were no help whatsoever. And the worst part is, there's no way to talk to the store manager or regional manager about it. If I could, I would have marched right in there. It's just really sad to see how the big companies and the State of WA have crushed the little guys.

I recently got this really cool gift for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I saw it on social media and I just had to get it because it was so unique. The fleece jacket I got from that store was a mess. I wore it once and it looked like it had been through the ringer because of all the lint. The material was garbage and overall, I was super disappointed with what I got. Plus, no free returns or exchanges?! That just added insult to injury. And to top it off, there weren't even many stores to go to, and they were all far away. That was the first and last time I'm shopping there.

This company is all about the money and doesn't give a darn about their customers. I tried to cancel my subscription because of a medical issue, but they wouldn't budge on giving me a refund or making an exception. It feels like they're more concerned with profits than actually helping people. I really wish I had checked out the Better Business Bureau complaints before jumping into this program. It's been a hard lesson to learn.
