Overpriced picture frame
I recently bought something from this place and man, was I disappointed. It showed up super late, after the event I needed it for had already happened. When I tried to reach out to customer service about sending it back, they hit me with a $90 charge for return shipping on a $200 purchase that had come late in the first place. The only way to get in touch with them is through chat, but they hardly even respond to that. And when I finally got an email back, it was pretty rude and dismissive. The person I was talking to didn't even know what an RMA is (that's short for "return merchandise authorization"). They claimed they don't do shipping labels for returns, but if I'm trying to send back an item that was late and not what I expected, why should I have to foot the bill for shipping? Plus, the quality of the item was way worse than what they showed on their website. All in all, it was just a terrible experience.

I was really let down by my experience at this online store. I got an item that didn't fit right, so I decided to send it back. But then I found out I had to pay a restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost. In the end, it set me back an extra $20 just to return something that didn't work for me. And on top of that, they don't do exchanges, so if I wanted a different size, I'd have to pay for shipping all over again. Dealing with all the hassle and extra fees just wasn't worth it. To make matters worse, their size guides are off, causing even more frustration. So, it goes without saying, I won't be doing business with this company again.

I've been using this business mail service for a while now, and one thing that really bugs me is how long it takes for them to process things. After they get your mail, they ship it all the way to Oregon for scanning, and it can sometimes take up to ten days just for that! It's super annoying when you need to access your mail quickly for work stuff. Plus, the extra fees for shipping are crazy. They make a big markup on shipping costs just to make some extra cash, instead of giving their customers more affordable options. It really feels like they're just trying to milk the situation for more money.

Sturdy handrails
The handrails I bought are really strong and nicely made. They look just like they were described, and the quality is top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra accessories that came with them. But, the big problem I had was with the packaging. Both handrails got damaged, and some of the brackets were bent. I managed to fix the brackets without any trouble, but I'll have to do some sanding and painting on the handrails before I can actually use them.

I recently bought two casual sweaters made of merino wool and bamboo material. I was really excited about getting them because I've always been a fan of this brand. However, when I washed them on a delicate cycle in my washing machine, following the care instructions, I was bummed to see that they had shrunk and were shedding like crazy. I contacted the company hoping for a solution, but they just told me to hand wash the sweaters, skip the spin cycle, and lay them flat to avoid more damage. They even suggested using a comb to get rid of the extra fuzz. That seemed like a lot of work for a casual sweater, and I was honestly pretty annoyed by the whole thing.

And when I wanted to return it, they didn't even respond to give me a return code, saying they don't do returns without it. This company is a total rip-off, don't even bother.
