A Great Online Shopping Experience with Industry West
I recently had the pleasure of working with Industry West and I must say, it was a great experience. They offer a wide range of products that are both stylish and functional. I just got this awesome counter stool from the company and it's seriously amazing. The quality is top-notch and the price is great. The customer service was so helpful, they really went out of their way for me. This stool is super classy and really adds a nice touch to my home. The strong build was really important to me and this product definitely came through.
Three chairs (Outo, Delta, and Nomad)
I just got three chairs from this store and man, I was so happy with them. They came way faster than I thought and were packaged up really good. They got here in perfect shape. Out of all the furniture I've bought this year, these chairs are definitely top-notch. The craftsmanship and all the little details on them are really on point.
Coffee table order issue
I bought a coffee table online, but it never showed up. I tried twice to cancel the order and get my money back, but the company hasn't gotten back to me at all. It's pretty worrying that they're not responding. I had to get my credit card company involved to deal with this mess. This whole situation has been strange and disappointing.
Broken dining table
I'm so frustrated with the customer service I received! I ordered a dining table, but when it arrived, it was missing parts and had an extra table top for some reason. It made no sense at all. When I called customer service, it was a nightmare just to get someone to talk to me because I guess I bought it from their warehouse site. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get them to fix the problem, but it's been 3 days now and nothing has been resolved.
Alyson chair
I got this Alyson chair and I was pretty happy at first because it looked nice and was comfy. But, after barely a year and a half of just using it at home, the whole thing just fell apart. I tried to get help from the company like they said in their warranty, but they never got back to me or followed through. It really stinks to put my money into something that craps out on me and a company that doesn't back up what they say.
Chair purchase for client
I just got some chairs for my design client from this company. They told my client that they needed more info, so we sent it right away. But when we kept emailing for 3 days to check on the order, nobody got back to us. So, since we couldn't get any answers, we had to cancel the order. I gotta say, I was really let down by their customer service.
Side table
I just bought a side table from this company, but had to cancel my order because the delivery was delayed. I reached out to customer service to make sure I would get my money back, but I still haven't seen a refund. It's really frustrating that they aren't keeping me in the loop and sticking to their word. It's not cool that they're not owning up to their mistakes.
