    I love all the cute jewelry they have at this store! There are so many designs to choose from and they're all just adorable. The earrings I got are super cute and they haven't made my ears turn green or rusted. My friends have even complimented me on them!

    I just bought a side table from this company, but had to cancel my order because the delivery was delayed. I reached out to customer service to make sure I would get my money back, but I still haven't seen a refund. It's really frustrating that they aren't keeping me in the loop and sticking to their word. It's not cool that they're not owning up to their mistakes.

    Boot purchase, shipped from overseas

    I just bought some boots online, trying to help out local businesses and all that. But guess what? The darn package showed up from overseas! Made me start wondering if these boots are even real. Kinda ticks me off to think I might've been scammed into thinking I was supporting a local brand.

    DVD and Blu-ray converters with lifetime license

    I bought a bunch of DVD and Blu-ray converters back in 2013 with a lifetime license, and they've been working great for me. But when I tried to move my license to a new MacBook, I got an error message. So I called customer support, and they quickly fixed the problem by giving me a new registration code. The support team was speedy and helpful, just like they've always been whenever I need help.
