My recent experience with Modular Closets was fantastic. The closet I purchased is of great quality and well-made, just like they said. The customer service I received, starting from the design stage with Esti all the way to delivery and assembly, was top-notch. I was really happy with how my closet turned out - it looks amazing and even exceeded my expectations. The materials used are clearly high-quality, much better than the cheap stuff you find at IKEA. I would suggest setting aside some time to put the closet together, because the end result is totally worth it. The instructions were easy to follow, even for someone like me who's not very handy. Closet system purchase
I gotta say, buying and putting together that closet system was a piece of cake. The product itself is amazing. The design and quality of craftsmanship are top-notch, everything lined up just right. I was blown away by how simple it was to assemble. But, there were a few things that didn't quite work for me. The separate bases I got weren't as deep as the tops, leaving a gap between them and the wall. I figured this was probably to account for baseboards, but I wanted a more seamless look so I ended up taking out the baseboards and putting them back in to fix it. Also, the brackets for the hanging bars were set too far out, causing the clothes to hang awkwardly in the middle of the room. I had to drill new holes back 3 inches so the clothes could go all the way back, giving me more floor space.

DIY Closet Kit
I'm a short gal at 5'2" and not great with tools, so I was kinda worried about taking on this closet project. But I gotta say, it was a pleasant surprise how easy it was to assemble. I did need someone to lend a hand while putting it up, but overall, it was a pretty simple process. The only snag I hit was having to make some extra holes in the wall for more support, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, the customer service folks were awesome when I figured out my measurements were off and I needed a different size. They quickly sent me the right parts at no added cost. I was so relieved and grateful for their help.

The only hiccup I ran into was trying to attach it to the wall, which required a jack that I sadly didn't have. Large order, pleased overall
My overall experience with my purchase was pretty good. The products I got were good quality and the customer service was amazing. But, there were a couple of things that bothered me. First, the pre-drilled holes for the clothes rod holders were in the wrong spot, so I ended up losing some closet space. I had to fix it myself, which was kind of a pain. Also, the leg extensions for the towers didn't look as nice as the rest of the products. They weren't the same depth as the towers, which made them stick out. The holes on top didn't line up right, so it was frustrating.

We just got new master closets installed and we're pretty happy with how they turned out. The quality and design of the closets are really nice and they've helped us keep our home more organized. The only hiccup was the delivery of the materials - there were some damaged and missing parts that made the installation take longer than we expected. We're thankful for Modular Closets' quick response in fixing the issues, but it did cause us some inconvenience.

Walk-in closet, Laundry Room, and Office/Storage solutions
Modular Closets is just fantastic! I've used them three times already, and every time they impress me with their clever solutions for my spaces. The first time was for my tiny walk-in closet in Florida, and they transformed it into something straight out of a magazine! The second time was for my daughter's laundry room, and now it's both practical and chic. And now, as we're getting ready to move, I needed a small closet converted into an office/storage space, and they knocked it out of the park once more! Their creativity and efficiency never cease to amaze me.
Wall system purchase
The wall system we bought is really great - it's been awesome for storing our clothes and accessories. But we're running into a problem because there weren't any instructions on how to attach the feet to the system. This is important because it affects how we install the kick plates - we can't get them on right once the system is up on the wall. The directions for mounting and installing don't mention anything about this, so our kick plates are just hanging out on the floor instead of being attached correctly.
Closet design and installation
The designer at this place did an amazing job! They listened to what I wanted and the final layouts turned out perfect. I really appreciated that they sent me pictures of the designs before they were installed so I could see how it would look. The closet organizers fit perfectly and having that extra drawer space for my grandkids is a total game-changer. Thanks so much for doing such a great job!
