Easy design process, prompt communication, damaged items, installation not easy but manageable, would work with them again
I had a blast choosing my new closet with my family. The sales lady we worked with was super quick with messaging us about our preferences. When the closet arrived, some pieces were damaged, but they replaced them immediately. It was a bit tricky to assemble everything at first, but my dad quickly figured it out. I really love my new closet and would definitely buy from them again!
My recent closet purchase

I worked with this designer to come up with some custom closet shelves for this wall that's at a weird angle. DIY Closet Kit
I'm a short gal at 5'2" and not great with tools, so I was kinda worried about taking on this closet project. But I gotta say, it was a pleasant surprise how easy it was to assemble. I did need someone to lend a hand while putting it up, but overall, it was a pretty simple process. The only snag I hit was having to make some extra holes in the wall for more support, which was a bit annoying. Luckily, the customer service folks were awesome when I figured out my measurements were off and I needed a different size. They quickly sent me the right parts at no added cost. I was so relieved and grateful for their help.
Closet system purchase
I gotta say, buying and putting together that closet system was a piece of cake. The product itself is amazing. The design and quality of craftsmanship are top-notch, everything lined up just right. I was blown away by how simple it was to assemble. But, there were a few things that didn't quite work for me. The separate bases I got weren't as deep as the tops, leaving a gap between them and the wall. I figured this was probably to account for baseboards, but I wanted a more seamless look so I ended up taking out the baseboards and putting them back in to fix it. Also, the brackets for the hanging bars were set too far out, causing the clothes to hang awkwardly in the middle of the room. I had to drill new holes back 3 inches so the clothes could go all the way back, giving me more floor space.
