    I ordered some tumbler cups but they never showed up! No confirmation, no shipping info, nothing at all. I am so angry I could scream! I spent almost a hundred bucks on these things a month ago and now they are nowhere to be found. I am seriously considering calling a lawyer because this is insane! It's like this company doesn't care about their customers at all. It's so frustrating!

    I was really bummed out about the customer service I got. It took forever for my party decorations to show up, making things tough for my business. The emails from customer service took days to get a reply, and the phone wait times were way too long. I've been sitting on hold for nearly two hours every day trying to get help. I really wish I had checked out the social media reviews before making my order.

    Overpriced picture frame

    I recently bought something from this place and man, was I disappointed. It showed up super late, after the event I needed it for had already happened. When I tried to reach out to customer service about sending it back, they hit me with a $90 charge for return shipping on a $200 purchase that had come late in the first place. The only way to get in touch with them is through chat, but they hardly even respond to that. And when I finally got an email back, it was pretty rude and dismissive. The person I was talking to didn't even know what an RMA is (that's short for "return merchandise authorization"). They claimed they don't do shipping labels for returns, but if I'm trying to send back an item that was late and not what I expected, why should I have to foot the bill for shipping? Plus, the quality of the item was way worse than what they showed on their website. All in all, it was just a terrible experience.

    Expedited shipping delay

    I was really disappointed with my experience of expedited shipping. I thought I'd get my stuff in time for the event I needed them for, but they came way later than I thought. I missed the whole event because of it. I tried to get a refund for the expedited shipping, but customer service never got back to me. I tried everything, like their chat function, but it was no use. It was just frustrating and a major letdown.

    Halloween decorations

    I just got my Halloween decorations in the mail that I ordered and I have to say, I was pretty happy with them. They were good quality and looked awesome when I set them up for my Halloween party. Luckily, they arrived just in time for the event, which was a relief. But, I did see a lot of bad reviews about this company, which made me a bit skeptical at first. The customer service could use some work because they had trouble communicating and answering customer questions quickly. And the delivery process could have been smoother since I was worried about getting my order on time. The products themselves were decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in other areas of the company.

    Expedited delivery delay

    I bought something recently and paid extra for fast delivery so I could get it in time for an event. But the delivery got delayed by 5 days, making the thing useless when it finally arrived. When I contacted customer service to talk about this, they weren't helpful at all and didn't take any responsibility. Even after I complained a few times, all I got was a generic response, and they didn't solve the problem. They said the package was delivered to a PO Box, even though I gave them my home address. It was a letdown overall, and I wasn't happy with the service at all.

I ordered it on 09/28/21 and got it really quick on 10/04/21. The quality was amazing, and my chat with Kate on Facebook was great too. I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally buy from them again without thinking twice.

    I bought decorations for my graduation party a month ahead of time, but when the package arrived, it was missing some items. I reached out to customer service, and they said they would send the missing items quickly. However, I never got them, and I tried emailing them multiple times without any response. It's frustrating to not have good communication or follow-up from them. I also found out that they have a lot of complaints with the Better Business Bureau, which is worrisome.

    I recently ordered some yard signs for my daughter's graduation celebration, but unfortunately, I had a rough experience with the company.     Large order for senior class banners

    I recently ordered a bunch of senior class banners for an event and it cost over $300.00. I also shelled out an extra $90.00 for faster shipping, so it would get here on time. But then I didn't hear anything about my order, and I was so annoyed at how the company wasn't keeping me in the loop. Plus, the customer service rep I talked to, Katie, wasn't helpful at all and just ended the chat without fixing the problem. Now, the senior class won't have their banners for their big day, which is a bummer for the students and parents who came from far away to join in the celebration.

    Delayed order, poor communication

    I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered something with expedited shipping to make sure it would get here on time for a special event.     I've been a customer of this company for years and have always had great experiences, but my latest order was a mess.     I just ordered some Easter party supplies for a special event we're having in our community. I was kinda unsure at first because the prices were so low, but I was actually really impressed with the quality of the Easter Basket Standee and personalized vinyl banner I got.     Issue with order resolution

    I recently had a problem with my order and was really let down by the customer service. I couldn't get ahold of anyone no matter how I tried to reach out. When I called, I was told to email them but never got a response after several tries. The live chat option was also disabled and I didn't get any reply after messaging them. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and helpless. It's disappointing because I've used this service before without any problems, but this time was a big disappointment.

    I just got a party banner from your company, and man, it took forever to arrive because of Covid.
