Purchase of a travel CPAP case
I bought a travel CPAP case from here and I was really disappointed because it ended up being too small for what I needed. I requested to return it and they just straight up said no. What kind of customer service is that? Now I'm stuck with this thing that I can't even use and I wasted my money. I won't be shopping here again.

Oh my goodness, I have to share my experience with this online boutique! I recently purchased a waist trainer and butt enhancement cream and let me just say, it has really boosted my confidence. I've bought stuff on this site twice now, and I was happy with how things went both times. The orders showed up in good shape, even though it did take about 3 weeks for them to get here. I know the quickest delivery window is 14-29 days, so I wasn't too surprised by the wait. I made sure to only pick items that said they'd ship within 24 hours, which I think made a difference. All in all, I'm pretty content with the things I got from this website.

Booking Disappointment
I had a really frustrating situation with this fancy hotel chain that always talks about their top-notch perks. I've been a loyal customer for so long, so I finally wanted to use my Diamond Elite benefits by booking a room ahead of time. But to my disappointment, they told me that my room wasn't guaranteed even though I booked it 72 hours in advance. This was one of the main reasons I joined this program in the first place, so it's really disappointing to see that they didn't follow through on their promises.

I've talked to the folks at this company a few times, especially Claire, and I've gotta say, they really know how to get things done quickly. Claire and the rest of the team are always on top of things, giving me great answers to my questions that make me trust the service they offer. Even though they probably have a ton of questions coming in, they manage to respond super fast every time.

Tool kit
I recently bought a tool kit from Factory Supply Outlet, and let me tell you, I am super let down by the whole thing. I ordered it, but it's been stuck on "Waiting Fulfillment" for over a month now. And to make matters worse, they charged my credit card on April 12, but there's been no sign of my package. I've tried to get a refund through their website multiple times, but no luck. Their Live Chat feature never seems to work, and there are never any agents around. I even tried calling their customer service line, but I was on hold for over an hour with no answer. I was so desperate that I contacted the BBB and left a negative review on their site, but still no response. All in all, I suggest you stay away from this company.
