    CPAP supplies purchase

    I've been coming back to this store a few times now, but man, my latest visit was a total nightmare. I tried logging in like I always do with my usual password, but it just wouldn't let me in. So I had to reset it. Then I went to add stuff to my cart, but one item I picked out kept making my computer crash over and over. And when I finally got to the checkout, the stupid website wouldn't take my new password and just kept saying there was an error. I even tried using a different computer, but the same stupid things kept happening. Honestly, it feels like they really don't want me shopping there anymore, so I'll be spending my money somewhere else.

    Purchase of a travel CPAP case

    I bought a travel CPAP case from here and I was really disappointed because it ended up being too small for what I needed. I requested to return it and they just straight up said no. What kind of customer service is that? Now I'm stuck with this thing that I can't even use and I wasted my money. I won't be shopping here again.

    Side cover and hose purchase

    I just had a really good experience shopping at The CPAP Shop in West Berlin, NJ. I bought a side cover for my CPAP machine and got a free 8 foot hose as a bonus. The staff there was so helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me pick out just what I needed. The side cover has made a huge difference for me, making my machine a lot easier to use. I definitely suggest giving The CPAP Shop a try for anything you need for your CPAP machine.

    I just got a CPAP machine from that store, and I have to say, I love the product itself. But man, I was seriously bummed out by all the spam emails I started getting after my purchase. I tried unsubscribing several times, but those "special offers" just kept coming twice a day. It's really not cool and super irritating for customers.

    Machine refund and replacement

    The CPAP Shop really went above and beyond with my order. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong machine, but they quickly refunded me without any problems. The new machine I ordered came in less than a week, which was awesome. Their customer service was top-notch, always quick to help with any problems that popped up. The only small issue was that they could ease up on all the emails they were sending.

    I've been waiting forever to get my stuff! I ordered way back on October 6 and I still haven't received it. I even chatted with someone and they said it might take a whole month to get here. That's such a bummer.

    Travel CPAP purchase

    I bought a travel CPAP from this store not too long ago, but it never showed up. I tried contacting the company and they checked with UPS, but nothing got sorted out quickly. It's been more than 20 days now and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've had good experiences with this store before, but this has me feeling really annoyed and let down.

    Chin strap purchase

    I just bought a chin strap from this store and, to be honest, it didn't go well with their return policy. The material of the strap made me itch, so I had to open the package to try it out. But when I wanted to return it because it wasn't a good fit, they said no because the bag was already opened. It was a bummer not getting my $18 back. I'll definitely be more careful with my purchases from this store moving forward.

    Replacement CPAP machine for severe sleep apnea

    I just bought a new CPAP machine to help with my bad sleep apnea. I got it as a backup while my old one is getting fixed under warranty. The person I talked to on the phone over the weekend was super helpful in getting my order sorted out. But when I tried to get help with the broken machine that's still under warranty, the person I talked to wasn't very nice, and it was a hassle just to get a response. And even after reaching out multiple times, the tech support team never got back to me with the return info for the broken unit.

    I ordered the coolest CPAP machine from The CPAP Shop and it has made a huge difference for my sleep apnea. The whole process was super easy, and the machine works like a charm. Their customer service was excellent too - they answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect machine. The price was a little steep, but honestly, it's worth every penny for the quality. Plus, the delivery was really fast, I got my machine in a flash!

    This company is such a joke. I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, and they had the nerve to say it wasn't doable. And can you believe they even tried to charge me a restocking fee when I wanted to return the item? Their customer service and policies are just awful. My advice? Stay far away from this disaster of a company.

    I bought a CPAP machine and some extras from this store not too long ago. Ordering was a breeze, but things got tricky when I had to return one of the extras. I followed all their return rules, gave them all the deets, and made sure to keep tabs on the package all the way back to them. But despite all that, I still haven't seen that $83.50 refund hit my account. The lack of communication and slow refund process has been a real headache. I've tried reaching out several times, but so far, no luck with getting a good response.

    I ordered a hose because mine broke and I was leaving out of town in a couple week, when the order finally showed up it was the wrong item all together.
    I call to get it exchanged and they said they would send it right away; I ask If they could expedite it because I'm only five days away from leaving.
    guess what! nothing came, can't get an answer back from anyone about anything at this point. I wouldn't recommend these people for anything; pretty obvious they don't give a ...!

    I didn't say I would buy here again, so this sight changes ... also.

    ResMed air mini

    I needed a travel sized cpap to take with me on trips. I found a great price online at the cpap shop. Due to an unexplained delay in my doctor's office sending the prescription, it didn't look as thought the machine would arrive in time for a 6 week trip. Lisa and Debbie were great about communicating with me and making sure the machine arrived before my departure date. The travel-sized machine is a fraction of the size of my home machine, easy to transport, and I can enjoy a good night's sleep on the road.

    There was a mistake in this review. I would DEFINITELY shop here again!
