Fresh, human-grade dog food
The fresh dog food from this company is top-notch. I really like how they've put so much effort into making sure it's balanced and nutritious, so even my choosy poodle likes it. Being able to store it in the freezer is a huge plus for me as a pet parent. My poodle, who's actually a trained assistance dog, needs all the nutrients he can get to stay on top of his game, and this food definitely delivers on that front.

I've been coming back to this store a few times now, but man, my latest visit was a total nightmare. I tried logging in like I always do with my usual password, but it just wouldn't let me in. So I had to reset it. Then I went to add stuff to my cart, but one item I picked out kept making my computer crash over and over. And when I finally got to the checkout, the stupid website wouldn't take my new password and just kept saying there was an error. I even tried using a different computer, but the same stupid things kept happening. Honestly, it feels like they really don't want me shopping there anymore, so I'll be spending my money somewhere else.

As a customer, I've found Shutterstock to be a great place for top-notch stock photos. But one problem I've run into is random charges popping up on my account. I get the need for security, but it's kinda unsettling when charges happen without a heads up or explanation. Keeping customers in the loop is key for building trust, and that's an area where Shutterstock could step up their game.
