My dog died
Last week, my dog passed away, and I figured I should cancel my subscription since I don't need the products anymore. I searched everywhere for a phone number to call and cancel, but had no luck. So, I went online to see if I could do it there, but it wasn't working. I tried multiple times, but ended up getting charged for six shipments when I only wanted to cancel after five. I even attempted to send the products back, but couldn't find a return address. It's really frustrating and sad, especially after losing my furry friend.
Easy to use, dogs love it
This food is so versatile and my dogs just go crazy for it. I use it in their toys like kongs and sprinkle it on top of their meals. It's also awesome on a lick mat as a special treat.
