    Disposable vape order

    I ordered a disposable vape on a Friday, but found out a week later that it was out of stock without being told until the next Thursday. When it finally arrived after I had moved to a new place, I had to go out of my way to pick it up two towns over. It was a hassle and really frustrating. The lack of communication and delays from the company was disappointing, especially since my last order only took four days. I'm thinking twice about ordering from them again in the future.

    Promo code issue

    I totally spaced on adding my promo code to my order, but let me tell you, FarmRio's customer service team was on it! They fixed the problem right away - seriously top-notch service. Hats off to them! I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping.

    I made sure to check out the warranty, repair, and return policy before buying, and it's pretty obvious that the company doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong with their products. It's worrying to see this lack of accountability, and I highly doubt I'll be buying from them again since they don't back up what they sell.

    I ordered from their Instagram page and it was a total disaster. My order never arrived and when I asked for help, customer support basically said oh well. I wouldn't recommend ordering from their social media or website because it looks like scammers are running the show. Save yourself the hassle and get Dickies at Walmart instead.

    Misunderstanding delivery times

    My recent experience with the company was quite disappointing because of the delivery times. The website mentioned both despatch and delivery times, but it wasn't very clear that you needed to combine them to figure out the total time. For example, if it takes 7-14 days to despatch the order and then another 3-5 days for delivery, you're looking at a possible total of 19 days or even longer. I found this to be quite tricky and it really made me hesitate about buying from them. I try to support smaller UK businesses, so this confusion really bothered me. I ended up going with a different seller because of this issue. Hopefully in the future, the company can make their delivery policy more straightforward and easy to understand so that customers don't get confused again.

    Cheap, high-quality vape

    This vape is seriously the best value for your money! I've been using it for a few weeks and I am so impressed with how well it works. Even though it's small, the amount of smoke it produces is awesome and it feels good in my hand. The battery life is amazing, it lasts all day on one charge. Recharging is fast and simple, and the pods last a long time - I've been using one for over a week! I've gotten a few friends to buy this vape and they love it just as much as I do.

    Faulty WiFi smoke alarm

    The WiFi smoke alarm I bought has been a total nightmare. It says it works wirelessly, but it doesn't work at all. I've tried contacting the company for help, but they've been no help and keep ignoring me. I even tried leaving a review where I bought it, but it looks like they're blocking negative reviews. It's annoying dealing with companies that disappear when you have a problem and even more annoying when the platform you bought from doesn't help fix the issue.

    In my experience with the package of several press releases I bought from eReleases, I found them to be pretty efficient and reliable. Everything was going smoothly until I hit a snag with the newswire rejecting the content of my second release. It was a bit of a bummer, but I don't blame eReleases for it since it was probably an issue with the newswire. Despite that hiccup, I thought they were still professional and easy to work with. They delivered the distribution as promised and on time, which I really liked.

    I bought a CPAP machine and some extras from this store not too long ago. Ordering was a breeze, but things got tricky when I had to return one of the extras. I followed all their return rules, gave them all the deets, and made sure to keep tabs on the package all the way back to them. But despite all that, I still haven't seen that $83.50 refund hit my account. The lack of communication and slow refund process has been a real headache. I've tried reaching out several times, but so far, no luck with getting a good response.
