3 pants for $30
I ordered from their Instagram page and it was a total disaster. My order never arrived and when I asked for help, customer support basically said oh well. I wouldn't recommend ordering from their social media or website because it looks like scammers are running the show. Save yourself the hassle and get Dickies at Walmart instead.
Poor return policy experience
I've been a customer here for a long time and have always loved their products. But I had a bad experience recently with their return policy. I bought some pants that didn't fit right, but when I tried to return them, I was told that sale items can't be returned. They wouldn't even let me trade for a different size, which really got on my nerves. The customer service I got was pretty bad too, which just made the whole thing even more annoying.
Safety shoe purchase
I bought some safety shoes not long ago, thinking they'd keep my feet safe while I'm working. But after only a week, the soles split and came off from the rest of the shoe, making them useless for safety. I contacted customer service and talked to someone named Luis who didn't seem to care much about the shoddy shoes I got. He was more focused on whether or not I had the receipt. It was really disappointing to see that this brand doesn't seem to care much about keeping their customers safe and happy.
Wrong item sent
I ordered something online and they ended up sending me the wrong thing. So, I thought, no biggie, I'll just exchange it. But nope, they said I had to send it back first and then place a completely new order. Super annoying, right? And to top it off, they still charged me for the original shipping. Ugh, not cool at all. Looks like I'll have to get my credit card company involved to sort this whole mess out.
Christmas order
I recently bought something for Christmas, hoping to get it in 2 days with FedEx. Unfortunately, a whole week later, it was still just "processing." I was pretty bummed about it. The lack of communication on any delays was a letdown and it left me scrambling for the holiday. It would have been nice to at least get some updates or follow-up emails. It's pretty obvious that the service I was promised wasn't delivered, leaving me feeling like I was misled and disappointed.
Sale item online purchase
Why can't I exchange my sale item? I bought this top online and it didn't fit. I tried to exchange it for a different size, but they said no exchanges on sale items. So unfair! And I couldn't even find this policy on their website. Customer service took forever to respond and when they finally did, they just gave me some vague answer that didn't help at all. I tried to ask where this policy was stated on their website but they ignored my question. So frustrating! I emailed again and got a different person, but they also didn't answer my question and just told me about return policies that didn't apply to me. It's like they don't even care about helping their customers. So disappointed and won't be shopping here again.
Black trousers purchase
I bought these black pants from the store and at first, they seemed really good. But after a few months, the color faded and they looked more like a dirty brown. The zipped pockets were cool and kept my stuff safe. When I went back to get another pair, they said they didn't carry them anymore and had this new thing called Action Flex. The new pants weren't as good - no zipped pockets and I didn't get why they were called "Action" and "Flex." It was disappointing to see the company go downhill by selling stuff from who-knows-where, maybe making their products not as good.
High visibility pants disappointing
I've been having some issues with the high visibility pants I bought. The pockets tear really easily, and the straps keep breaking. Even the work boots I got from this company seem to be falling apart after just a few months. It's making me doubt the quality and durability of their products.
Christmas gift order
I just ordered a Christmas gift online and got an email saying they canceled my order because it was out of stock, which was a surprise since I never got a heads up about it. I placed the order a week ago and was really looking forward to getting it in time for the holidays. When I tried asking customer service about it, they weren't much help and didn't give me a clear explanation. The whole thing was frustrating and left me feeling let down and unhappy with the service I got.
Beanie
I bought this beanie from a store the other day and man, was I let down by it. I mean, only two weeks in and I already saw a big hole up top! The stitching just came apart, and it totally caught me off guard, especially for the price I shelled out for it. I was really hoping for something more long-lasting, but nope, not this time.
Techduck trousers
The techduck trousers from this brand ain't worth the money. I bought a pair at a high price and the stitching in the crotch just fell apart after a few days. Got a refund for that pair, but then decided to order two more. Same problem happened with those - one only lasted 4 days, and the other barely made it 2. It's frustrating to see such crappy quality in work pants, especially when they cost so much. Found cheaper work trousers from other brands that have held up a lot better.

I recently tried to submit my business application at this place and it was a complete disaster. Even though I gave them all the necessary paperwork and information, they still turned me down! That's just not cool at all. I definitely won't be returning here for my business needs, that's a given.
Workwear replacement research
Hey there! So, I've been on the hunt for a new workwear supplier since my old one stopped carrying Dickies. After doing some digging, I found out that VF Corp snagged up the Dickies brand back in 2018. Kind of a bummer, honestly. I've always thought of Dickies as top-notch workwear for all kinds of industries.
I also know that VF Corp owns other brands like Vans, The North Face, and Timberland. They've all seemed to shift more towards the fashion side of things rather than sticking to their original high quality. Makes me worry that Dickies might be heading down that same path, focusing more on style and less on durability and functionality. It's a shame to see a brand that used to be go-to in workwear lose some of its credibility in the market.Beanie Hat

And their response? They wanted me to make a new purchase and pay for shipping all over again just to send back the defective hat for a refund. Are you kidding me? The gear is super high-quality, made with materials that can handle the wear and tear of my job. All in all, I was really impressed with what they had to offer and the service I received.
Apron purchase
I spent a good amount of time looking for a really nice apron, and eventually I found this one. I figured I'd give it a shot even though it was a bit on the pricey side. Turns out, the material is super thick and sturdy, just what I wanted. Plus, it had this extra chest pocket that I've been wanting in an apron. Overall, it totally exceeded my expectations and I'm happy with what I got.

I just bought 2 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of shorts from this store. I messed up with the sizes though, and everything turned out too big for me. I tried contacting customer service through email, but it took them 3 whole days to get back to me. They told me they don't do exchanges, so instead, I'll be getting a refund. I sent the stuff back like they said, but even after following up 4 more times, I still haven't heard anything about my refund. It's been kind of a letdown dealing with this company, especially since I expected better service.

I ordered my Christmas present way back in early December and was so pumped to get it. But now it's almost Christmas and my package is MIA! So then I tried calling customer service, but I was on hold for what felt like forever before getting a message that they're experiencing technical issues. Talk about a letdown!
3 short sleeve heavy weight tee shirts
I wanted to say that the Dickies stand up to their name. I ordered 3 shirts and two of them were too long even though they said XL. I called Dickies and talked to a nice gentleman and he emailed me the information on warranty. I took pictures of the shirts and sent them to the warranty department. I got a response so fast and they are sending out replacements for me. I can only say great things about Dickies and I will continue to shop at Dickies. I love their products.
