Sale item online purchase
Why can't I exchange my sale item? I bought this top online and it didn't fit. I tried to exchange it for a different size, but they said no exchanges on sale items. So unfair! And I couldn't even find this policy on their website. Customer service took forever to respond and when they finally did, they just gave me some vague answer that didn't help at all. I tried to ask where this policy was stated on their website but they ignored my question. So frustrating! I emailed again and got a different person, but they also didn't answer my question and just told me about return policies that didn't apply to me. It's like they don't even care about helping their customers. So disappointed and won't be shopping here again.

Echelon Ring
I just got the Echelon Ring and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how it turned out. Ordering was easy peasy, and I got my ring pretty quickly. Despite some doubts from what others said, I found that the ring wasn't hollow in the back like they mentioned. The ring feels light on my finger, which is perfect for wearing every day, and the slightly different color compared to my other jewelry gives it a cool touch that I dig. I'm really frustrated with this lifetime gold subscription I bought. After only a week of using it, I suddenly can't log in anymore. I've been trying to reach customer service for more than 10 days now, sending them many emails, but I haven't heard back at all. This is not okay - I feel like I wasted my money.

Poor customer service, unexpected charges
I've gotta tell you, my time with this online store has been a total letdown. I placed an order, ran into a problem, and reached out to customer service. But instead of getting the help I needed, all they gave me was a reference number that didn't even work when I tried to check up on it. And if that wasn't bad enough, I about fell out of my chair when I saw the extra charges for tax and shipping tacked on - a whopping $96 on top of what I already paid. The lack of transparency and lousy communication had me feeling so frustrated, like they were pulling a fast one on me. Trust me, folks, stay far away from this online store. Between the surprise costs and the lack of support, it's just not worth the headache.
