Basic photo editing app
I recently discovered this simple photo editing app that has been incredibly helpful for what I need. I especially love the replace sky feature, it has really stepped up my editing game. I mostly use it to put together presentations for my job, and it does a great job at turning dull pictures into professional-looking ones. Some features were a little tricky to figure out at first, but after some trial and error, I got the hang of it. The AI tools are a nice bonus, especially when it comes to removing objects. One thing that could be better is having more options for adjusting colors, as the temperature adjustment is a bit limited. Overall, I'm really happy with how this app has been working for me and I use it all the time.
Lifetime subscription reminder email issue
I had this annoying issue with reminder emails I was getting for my lifetime subscription for five devices. I kept getting renewal emails nonstop, even though I already had a lifetime subscription. So, I decided to contact customer service to figure out why I was getting so many emails. I was happy with how quickly they got back to me and the solution they provided. The customer service rep told me they would fix their mailing system to avoid this problem in the future. It was great to see them take action right away to fix the issue and ensure I wouldn't be bothered by those unnecessary reminder emails anymore.
Lifetime plan issue
I used to have a few lifetime plan products from this place, but suddenly they all changed to demo versions out of nowhere! I was really bothered by all the annoying pop-ups telling me to switch to annual plans. Thankfully, I reached out to Customer Service to explain the problem, and you know what? They managed to resolve everything and reinstated my products back to lifetime status in just one day. It was such a relief to have everything back to normal so fast. I'm really happy and relieved that I don't have to deal with those irritating pop-ups anymore. Thank you!
AI-based object removal software
I've been using this object removal software that uses AI for a bit now, and let me tell you, it's really great. The way it can get rid of stuff you don't want in your photos is so accurate and precise, it's pretty impressive. But one thing that really bugs me is that as soon as I let go of the mouse button after outlining the area, it starts erasing. It would be so much better if I could outline first and then start erasing when I'm ready. Other than that little issue, though, this software is awesome for editing and making your photos look better.

This photo editing software I tried was a complete rip-off! I was hoping it would help me delete backgrounds from my photos, but it didn't do anything right. And when I tried to get rid of it, it ended up adding other things I didn't ask for and even charged me for it! I contacted customer service to cancel, but they still billed me for two years. I finally got rid of it and won't be using it again!
Shared filter "cut outs"
I am loving the way the "cut outs" filter works - it's really inspiring! But my only issue with the app is that the filters are listed in a disorganized order. It can be so frustrating trying to find the one you like when there's no clear organization.
Online help referral for assistance
I ran into a problem and decided to ask for help using the online customer service portal. While waiting for an answer, I checked out the help section and found the info I needed to fix the issue. The detailed instructions in the third item really saved me. One thing I'd recommend is adding a PDF guide to each download, especially for things like landscapes. It would be super helpful to have instructions on how to install and access the files after unzipping to avoid any confusion for customers.

This app is pretty awesome for editing my pictures, but I think it could be even better. I've been using it for a while now, and I've noticed they keep making updates that add new features, but some of the good stuff disappears along the way. I really wish they would bring back those cool features they took away. One thing that really annoys me is having to log in every single time I want to use the app. It's such a hassle and takes forever!

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the background removal tool and other features this software has. The results have been really good and they're what I was looking for. Restored old photos
I had some old black and white photos that I wanted to fix up, so I decided to give this a try. It worked pretty well, but then I ran into a watermark problem. I had to restart my computer and thankfully that fixed it. It took me a while to figure it out and I was getting really worried that I wouldn't be able to use it. But everything ended up turning out okay in the end! Thanks a lot, Joe!

I recently picked up this photo editing software, and honestly, I was a bit confused about how to use it at first. Refund of unwanted auto-renewal
I reached out to customer support because I didn't want the auto-renewal, and I'm happy to report that they took care of it super quickly and effectively. They gave me a full refund in a reasonable amount of time. Turns out, the renewal notifications were going to my junk folder, which is why I missed canceling it.
