    I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase experience. I ordered clothing in November, and after waiting for months, I finally received an email saying there were delays. How does a company not know what's going on with an order placed three months ago? It's frustrating. The lack of communication and transparency is surprising, especially because the clothes are nice. But right now, I'm feeling really let down. This was honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

    Massage experience in Agadir, Morocco

    My husband and I recently went to Founty Spa in Agadir, Morocco, but our experience was really disappointing. We were hoping for a relaxing time, but instead, we had to deal with some uncomfortable situations. Even though we had paid a deposit and extra fee, the massages we received were far from professional. There was a lack of privacy, they gave my husband an intimate massage without asking, and they completely disregarded my boundaries and comfort. The apology and refund from the management didn't really make things better for us. It's important for places like this to always make professionalism, respect, and customer comfort a top priority to prevent these kinds of unacceptable incidents in the future.

    My favorite game

    My 11-year-old self just can't get enough of this game! I splurged on the monthly membership and now I've got a bunch of awesome horses. I love roaming around all the cool places, taking on challenges, and just having a great time. Star Stable seriously rocks, it's the best game ever!

    I used to really love this brand and always told my friends and family to check it out because they had nice clothes at good prices. But, my last purchase was a letdown. The sizes were wrong and the fabric felt cheap and scratchy. I got the order just before a work trip, so I couldn't even return the items when I saw how bad they were.

    The whole process of ordering was a complete nightmare. I kept getting bounced around to different departments, had to wait forever on hold, and nobody seemed to have a clue about how to actually help me. The service itself was pretty hit or miss, with calls dropping all the time and internet speeds moving at a snail's pace. The prices were sky-high for such average service. And to make matters worse, my delivery got delayed multiple times with no explanation at all.

    Flight ticket from Medellin to Spain

    I bought a flight ticket from Medellin to Spain for mid-August. But after I paid, the confirmation screen just vanished and I never got an e-ticket. All I got was a message from my bank saying the payment went through. Then I got an email saying the purchase didn't work out and they were gonna refund the money for the ticket. But I still haven't seen that refund, and I feel completely ripped off.

    I've gotta say, the detox cleanse supplements I got from this company were a total waste of money. They didn't do what they promised and actually made me feel worse. The packaging made it seem like they would detox my body and give me more energy, but after using them for a while, I felt no different. And when I tried to return them, the customer service was terrible. They wouldn't give me a refund even though their products didn't work like they said. I suggest saving your money and finding a different company for your health needs.

    The platform I use for stock trading is awesome. It's super easy to navigate, but I really wish they had a dark mode option. The fees are pretty fair, especially since there are no commissions. I love that I can trade in a variety of markets and assets, it helps me keep my investments diverse. And the best part is they throw in some cool perks and swag.

    Three full-price items ordered, two refunded, unrequested item received

    I recently bought three things from the store at full price, planning to return them all. I sent them back right away within a week, got confirmation that Lilly Pulitzer got them, but was bummed to see I only got refunded for two on my bank statement. Then, a few days later, I got an item I didn't order with no receipt, so now I can't return it and I'm out over $75. I've been trying to reach customer service for two weeks now, but heard nothing back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not get any help.

    I ordered my diabetic supplies from this place and it was really simple. All I had to do was fill out some forms and then they shipped it directly to my house. The delivery came right on time, and the products were exactly what I needed.     Man, what a letdown! I thought I was treating myself to a nice Beanie Hat from this brand, hoping it would hold up during my outdoor adventures. But man, was I mistaken! After only wearing it a couple of times, the logo on the front started coming apart. I contacted customer service, explained everything, and even sent over some photos showing the issue. And their response? They wanted me to make a new purchase and pay for shipping all over again just to send back the defective hat for a refund. Are you kidding me? I shelled out good money for what I thought was a top-notch product, only to end up losing cash because of shoddy workmanship.
