    I ordered something that was supposed to ship in 2 days, but it never came. Because of that, I missed my friend's birthday, which was a real bummer. It's been 10 days now, and that thing still hasn't shipped. This company is such a rip-off.

    Ceiling fan purchase

    I actually got this really cool ceiling fan from here that looks awesome in my room. It works super well and the best part is that it didn't cost too much. The folks at Bellacor were super nice and helped me pick out the fan when I couldn't find it on the site. I even plan on getting two more of these bad boys!

    My favorite game

    My 11-year-old self just can't get enough of this game! I splurged on the monthly membership and now I've got a bunch of awesome horses. I love roaming around all the cool places, taking on challenges, and just having a great time. Star Stable seriously rocks, it's the best game ever!

    So, I was super pumped to order these storage containers from the store to help clean up my crazy closet situation. But, once I placed the order, I got hit with the bad news that there was some problem with it and that they'd sort it out soon. Well, it's been weeks and I haven't heard a peep! I even tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but all I got was some generic message telling me to talk to the store myself. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I thought they were a big-deal company, but now I'm not so sure.

    monthly supplies delivered

    I really like having my monthly supplies delivered right to my door instead of having to remember to pick them up at the store. The organic cotton is a nice touch, but these tampons just don't absorb as well as my usual brand. It's frustrating when my flow goes right to the string without soaking the tampon first. I do miss my old brand, but Lola's convenience is what keeps me coming back.

    Flight ticket from Medellin to Spain

    I bought a flight ticket from Medellin to Spain for mid-August. But after I paid, the confirmation screen just vanished and I never got an e-ticket. All I got was a message from my bank saying the payment went through. Then I got an email saying the purchase didn't work out and they were gonna refund the money for the ticket. But I still haven't seen that refund, and I feel completely ripped off.

    Stock trading platform

    The platform I use for stock trading is awesome. It's super easy to navigate, but I really wish they had a dark mode option. The fees are pretty fair, especially since there are no commissions. I love that I can trade in a variety of markets and assets, it helps me keep my investments diverse. And the best part is they throw in some cool perks and swag.

    Three full-price items ordered, two refunded, unrequested item received

    I recently bought three things from the store at full price, planning to return them all. I sent them back right away within a week, got confirmation that Lilly Pulitzer got them, but was bummed to see I only got refunded for two on my bank statement. Then, a few days later, I got an item I didn't order with no receipt, so now I can't return it and I'm out over $75. I've been trying to reach customer service for two weeks now, but heard nothing back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not get any help.

    Man, what a letdown! I thought I was treating myself to a nice Beanie Hat from this brand, hoping it would hold up during my outdoor adventures. But man, was I mistaken! After only wearing it a couple of times, the logo on the front started coming apart. I contacted customer service, explained everything, and even sent over some photos showing the issue. And their response? They wanted me to make a new purchase and pay for shipping all over again just to send back the defective hat for a refund. Are you kidding me? I shelled out good money for what I thought was a top-notch product, only to end up losing cash because of shoddy workmanship.

    Recent tote bag purchase

    I just bought a tote bag and ran into a little snag with the address for shipping. I reached out to customer service, and they were super speedy in getting back to me and fixing my mistake. The bag showed up at the right address right on time. This was my second time ordering from this company, and I've been really happy with how great their products are and how helpful their customer service is. It seems like they've really taken feedback to heart and made some changes, which I think is awesome. All in all, a really positive experience.
