    Incorrect item received

    I just made my first purchase from this company and I was really let down because I got the wrong item. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix it, but it was a complete disaster. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes, and then the call-back option didn't even call me back until 2 hours later, with no one answering. It was totally unacceptable! I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

    Pink dress with yellow flowers

    I can't believe this, I'm so upset! I ordered the cutest pink dress online with yellow flowers and it arrived way too tight. Then when I tried to return it, the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one picked up when I called, the chat felt automated, and the website was no help at all. On top of that, they expected me to send back the free gift I received just because the dress was $2 below the minimum spend. How disrespectful is that? I swear, I am never shopping here again!

    Over $1000 order, Wrong delivery address issue

    I recently placed a big order for over $1000, but ran into a problem. One of the shipments, worth over $900, got sent to the wrong address. Dealing with customer service to fix it was a real pain - it took half a day just to get ahold of someone who could help. Their lack of communication and efficiency was really disappointing. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.

    Dress order with overnight shipping

    I bought this really pretty dress not too long ago and decided to go for the overnight shipping to get it ASAP. But guess what? The dress never showed up! I tried contacting customer service to get some help, but it was like talking to a wall - no response at all. I even showed them the email from the shipping company saying the package was lost, but still, no word. It's been two weeks now and still no dress, no response, no refund. It's super frustrating to be treated like this by a company I thought I could trust with my money.

    I recently bought some stuff for my upcoming trip and man, I was really let down by the customer service. So I placed my order, right, and then days later I checked my card and it was still pending. When I called to ask about it, they told me there was an issue with my billing address. But here's the kicker, they never followed up with me or reached out about it. They just said they get too many orders to deal with stuff like that. No accountability, no apology for the trouble. The products are nice and all, but the bad service just ruins the whole experience.

The only drawback is that shipping might take a bit longer than expected, so it's best to plan ahead. But honestly, if I could create my own clothing line, it would definitely look like this!

    I went shopping at this store and used both a gift card and a credit card to pay. I really like their stuff, but I was super let down by the customer service. When it came to getting my refund, they only gave me back the amount I paid with my credit card, not the gift card amount.     I recently bought three things from the store at full price, planning to return them all. I sent them back right away within a week, got confirmation that Lilly Pulitzer got them, but was bummed to see I only got refunded for two on my bank statement. Then, a few days later, I got an item I didn't order with no receipt, so now I can't return it and I'm out over $75. I've been trying to reach customer service for two weeks now, but heard nothing back. It's frustrating and disappointing to not get any help.
