My new shirt
This store is terrible! I got my shirt pretty quickly, but when I tried to return it, they never replied to my emails. They were supposed to refund my shipping costs, but they didn't. Also, they only display the positive reviews on their website, total deception!

Small patio set, table with glue residue
I recently bought a patio set, and I was kind of bummed because it was smaller than I expected. On top of that, the table had sticky residue from the plastic wrap it came in. I wasn't happy with the quality of the whole thing, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

The process of transferring my phone number was a real pain in the neck, but thankfully the customer support folks were super helpful and kept me in the loop with regular email updates. When I finally got everything up and running, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to set up the equipment and use the phone app. Being able to easily check my voicemails, which was always a hassle with my old provider, was a huge relief. And it was a nice little bonus to be able to dial a code from the phone like the good old days. Overall, even though I just started using the service, I'm really happy with it so far.

I recently checked out this new store and the dude helping me out was so cool and knowledgeable. He knew all about the clothes and did a great job explaining everything. The clothes were all awesome and there was a ton to choose from. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Over $200
I recently spent over $200 on a purchase because they promised a free gift. But guess what? No free gift in my order. And let me tell you, I reached out to customer service a bunch of times through phone and email, and haven't heard a peep back. This lack of communication and actually following through is just not cool.

Motherboard Bd790i purchase
I bought a motherboard from this company not too long ago, and I've been having a lot of problems with it. Every time the power goes out, the BIOS resets itself, and the heatsink is not that great, so the CPU gets way too hot. I paid a lot for this product, so I was really hoping for better quality.

Speech therapy online
I gave that online speech therapy a shot and it was alright. The website was a bit hard to figure out, which was frustrating because I just wanted to dive into my therapy. Dealing with the billing was a headache - they wanted me to request some "Superbill" thing and my insurance wasn't a fan of it. I had to keep bothering the company for a phone number to put on my claims. As for the therapy itself, it was decent, I suppose.
