Phone number transfer, helpful customer support, easy equipment installation and phone app, improved voicemail access, old-fashioned dialing code option
The process of transferring my phone number was a real pain in the neck, but thankfully the customer support folks were super helpful and kept me in the loop with regular email updates. When I finally got everything up and running, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to set up the equipment and use the phone app. Being able to easily check my voicemails, which was always a hassle with my old provider, was a huge relief. And it was a nice little bonus to be able to dial a code from the phone like the good old days. Overall, even though I just started using the service, I'm really happy with it so far.

I recently checked out this new store and the dude helping me out was so cool and knowledgeable. He knew all about the clothes and did a great job explaining everything. The clothes were all awesome and there was a ton to choose from. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Definitely don't bother ordering from that company. I bought these huge sunglasses and got sent a totally different style. I tried emailing, reaching out through their website, and even calling, but nothing. Super annoying to work hard for your money and not get what you wanted.

I really enjoyed the fashion styling course I took at Milan Fashion Campus. The instructors knew their stuff and shared some great insights into the fashion world. Lost shipment, poor communication
My experience with that online shipping service was really disappointing. I had to keep checking on my order for two weeks straight, only to find out it got lost. They said the carrier tried to deliver it but couldn't reach me, but I never heard anything from them. They sent a replacement, but after two more weeks went by, I asked for a tracking number or some info on my order, and they told me it was lost again. This has been the most frustrating and unreliable online shopping experience I've ever had.

Speech therapy online
I gave that online speech therapy a shot and it was alright. The website was a bit hard to figure out, which was frustrating because I just wanted to dive into my therapy. Dealing with the billing was a headache - they wanted me to request some "Superbill" thing and my insurance wasn't a fan of it. I had to keep bothering the company for a phone number to put on my claims. As for the therapy itself, it was decent, I suppose.
