one cuff needed a tiny tweak and there was a small delay getting the final pick-up, but that felt normal for custom work and didn’t bother me much. The real thing that convinced me was seeing the finished suit on me and knowing it would hold up all day in photos and meetings. Friendly service, solid craftsmanship, and I’ll be back for future alterations or another piece.
Mostly pleased, with small quirks
I’ll be blunt — I walked out feeling pretty good about the suit, even though it wasn’t perfect. The place was organized and calm, and Jack who helped me clearly knew what he was doing; he talked me through fabrics, took careful measurements, and didn’t rush when I kept hemming and hawing over lapels and lining. That kind of attention made me trust the process. If I nitpick, the selection could use a couple more modern cuts, and I wish turnaround was slightly faster. I’ve had messier fittings at other chain tailors, so this felt like a step up. All in all I’m relieved it went better than I feared and actually kind of excited to see the finished product. Service was professional, friendly and honest, with a few little rough edges. Price felt fair for custom work, which helped.
The halfway-point rip
I went to get measured for a custom suit a few weeks before my big swearing-in. First try-on felt…off. The fabric itself was nice and had a bit of weight to it, but the pants were missing the waist tabs and suspender buttons I explicitly asked for. They promised a redo, but the replacement wouldn't arrive before the ceremony, so they offered to alter the originals as a stopgap. Fast forward: I show up and they’ve taken the waist in so much in spots I never mentioned that walking felt like a negotiation. They told me to come back the next day when the tailor was actually there. I did, sat in a tiny waiting room for three hours, watched a parade of people getting their hems, and finally the tailor fixed most of the problems. Felt skeptical, I admit — I thought it would still look off. For a minute it did look okay; fabric moved better, the waistband sat where it should, seams felt solid. Then at the ceremony, I sat down in front of a full courtroom and heard that awful sound. Seam at the back gave way. Embarrassing, yes. I complained, got the usual runaround, but with persistence they eventually refunded and sent a remake that actually fits and behaves. So am I happy? Sort of — frustrated by the ordeal, relieved by the final fix. Takeaway: the material and finish can be great, but expect a fight if things go wrong.

I expect more transparency and better initial handling from a brand that advertises custom tailoring. If you’ve had good experiences at other tailors, you might find this bumpy at first. Still, I appreciate that they owned the mistake once someone senior stepped in and made it right. Not flawless, but the final result worked, and that’s what mattered in the end.
The almost-suit that wasn’t quite
they promised a two-month turnaround, then shipped something from China weeks later that was... off. The jacket felt okay on the shoulder but the pants were either made for someone with no knees or for a giraffe — no in-between. They remade the pants, then the local shop inside Nordstrom closed, then I was bounced to another store. That place tried to “fix” the remade suit and, uh, it looked worse. One staffer literally told me to just keep the jacket on so it would hide the pants. I tried to explain I need to move, climb stairs, and yes, dance — they acted like the suit was for a mannequin. The steam iron in-store was allegedly broken forever and nobody offered to have it fixed or even call a repair guy. Meanwhile the manager spent my last visit outside on her phone, wearing mismatched clothes that needed ironing — which felt a bit ironic. I did get a weird surprise: the jacket lining had this fun little pattern and the inside pocket fits my phone perfectly, so that was nice, unexpected. Ultimately I bought a different suit elsewhere the week of the wedding so I wouldn’t be stranded. I told corporate, they said someone would call in 1–2 days, then silence. I followed up — silence. So if you need something that actually fits and someone to follow through, don’t count on this experience. There were small bright spots, but mostly it was stressful and avoidable.
Wedding suits ordered
Me and my cousins had such a great time at that store! The guys working there, Todd and Joshua, really knew their stuff and were super helpful. They helped us pick out the perfect suits, giving us great advice and tips. They made the whole experience easy and fun with their patience and good style. We walked out of there pumped for the wedding, feeling like we were gonna look awesome. I totally suggest this store to anyone looking for a suit for a fancy event.

I recently went to pick up a custom suit for my best friend's wedding, and we had Jose assisting us. He was really professional and made us feel comfortable, even though we had drastically different sizes. It was a really great experience from start to finish.

I just bought a suit for my new job and had a great time at the store. Even though I was stuck in traffic in LA, I gave them a heads up and they were still able to help me out. Aaron, the guy who measured me, was really professional and paid attention to all the details. He took the time to answer my questions and was quick with everything. I ended up buying the suit because of the awesome service I got. All in all, it was a fantastic experience at the store and I can't wait to try on my suit when it arrives.
shirts and suits alteration
The store employee, Sky, really came through for my mom and me when we needed help fixing our shirts and suits because they didn't fit properly. We had to make two trips back to get everything sorted out. Unfortunately, the first person we spoke to wasn't very helpful and ended up selling us items that didn't match.
New store
I recently checked out this new store and the dude helping me out was so cool and knowledgeable. He knew all about the clothes and did a great job explaining everything. The clothes were all awesome and there was a ton to choose from. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
Wedding suit purchase
The service at this place was amazing. Nathan, the consultant, really helped me out picking the right suit for my wedding. He knew his stuff and clearly loved what he was doing. Plus, he paid attention to what I wanted and made sure I felt good every step of the way. The measurements he took were spot on, the suit fit me perfectly. The only thing I would change is the fabric quality could have been better. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice suit.
Suits for new job
I recently went to buy a suit for my new job and had an awesome experience. The staff was really helpful and walked me through the whole process of finding a suit that fits just right. Tovi Torio was fantastic during the fitting and helped me pick out the perfect suit. I even decided to get two suits with custom linings, which was a nice surprise. Enid did an amazing job with the alterations, making sure the suits fit me like a glove. Overall, my experience at this store was top-notch.

This was my first time getting a suit fitted and it was awesome! The guy helping me was really friendly and explained everything about how to get measured. He even gave me some tips on how to style my suit. I'm so excited to wear it and show it off to my friends. I'll definitely go back and get more clothes made here.

I had to order a suit for the third time since the pandemic started because, you know, I've gained a little weight. The tailor, Skye, was awesome as usual - really patient and helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my suit and shirt. Yeah, the price was a bit higher this time, but it seems like everything costs more these days. Still, I think it's worth it for a high-quality, custom fit suit, so I would absolutely recommend it to others.

The first time I bought a custom suit was awesome. The guy helping me really knew his stuff and patiently answered all my questions. He walked me through everything from picking the fabric to getting measured, explaining it all really well. I felt good about my decision and was blown away by how well he took care of me.

I got this super cool new suit, man! The people working there were really friendly and they had some great tunes playing while I was checking things out. It was my first time getting a suit from a place that wasn't super boring. They were super helpful in picking out stuff for my suit, but also let me do my own thing.
