    I attempted to cancel my order because it hadn't been shipped yet, but the company completely ignored me! I sent emails, left voicemails, and even tried their instant messaging, but no one responded. And now they're sending out my order without even asking me. It's so aggravating!

    I'm a customer at The Tot, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten. I bought a baby stroller weeks ago and haven't heard anything about when it'll be shipped. I've tried reaching out to ask about the delay, but I haven't gotten any response at all. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on, especially when it's something important for my little one. I think others in the same situation should definitely speak up and report their experiences. Vendors like this need to be held accountable and either step up their game or close up shop.

    Over $1000 order, Wrong delivery address issue

    I recently placed a big order for over $1000, but ran into a problem. One of the shipments, worth over $900, got sent to the wrong address. Dealing with customer service to fix it was a real pain - it took half a day just to get ahold of someone who could help. Their lack of communication and efficiency was really disappointing. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.

    I recently bought some workwear from Prissy Duck and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well they fit and the quality of the clothing. Being tall, it's not always easy to find work clothes that fit right, but Prissy Duck really delivered. The materials they use are top-notch and the designs are both stylish and chic. The jumpsuit I got is now one of my go-to pieces in my wardrobe. Their customer service was also excellent - they were quick to respond and really helpful when I had questions about sizing. All in all, I definitely recommend Prissy Duck to any tall women out there looking for trendy and fashionable clothing options.

    Insurance claim reimbursement

    My experience with the company has been really disappointing. I filed a claim for some damaged items, and since then, I've been dealing with a lot of obstacles and resistance when it comes to getting reimbursed. The people I talk to on the phone aren't very helpful, and this one guy named Anthony Gonzalez keeps calling me and stressing me out. Even though I've given them all the info they need - my name, address, and phone number - multiple times, they still keep asking for it and won't email me like I asked. It's pretty clear that they don't want to follow their own rules and just want to ignore valid claims. As a disabled American Veteran, I'm really upset about how poorly they've treated me, and I definitely don't recommend their services to anyone. If you're looking for insurance, I suggest finding a different company.

    $200 Christmas sleigh order

    I bought a $200 Christmas sleigh to surprise my loved ones with some holiday goodies, but I was really disappointed with what I got. Instead of cookies, cinnamon rolls, and treats as promised, all I got was four sad loaves of bread. It was pretty embarrassing, and I wouldn't recommend trusting this company for special occasion orders. Their bait-and-switch tactics are sneaky and not cool. Luckily, after a frustrating 30-minute chat with their customer service, I got a full refund. Just a heads up, be careful when ordering from this company, you might end up paying too much for mediocre stuff and looking bad in the process.

    Edgy skull-themed clothing

    I recently bought some skull-themed clothing from this online store. I ordered it on June 7th and got a confirmation email saying I'd get another one when my stuff was shipped. But that follow-up email never came. I waited for about 11 days, then on June 18th, I emailed them, still didn't hear back. I was starting to freak out a bit. I usually can tell if a company is shady, but this one had me doubting myself. I read some reviews online, which made me even more worried. Then, out of nowhere, on June 21st, my order arrived. The quality wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. The designs were cool, but I was bummed to find out the materials weren't as advertised. The tops were supposed to be something other than 100% polyester, which I would've liked to know before I paid. The prints were good, though, and the fit was okay. It wasn't a total disaster, but this store really needs to work on being more honest and keeping in touch with their customers.

    GPS device purchase

    The GPS I bought is seriously amazing. It’s made road trips so much easier by helping me find my way in new areas smoothly. But man, dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare. Trying to reach them was a pain - no phone number or email, and that chat bot was no help at all. Seriously, in this day and age, how can a company not have good customer service? It’s just not right.

    My Frist Scooter

    I'm a 65 year old man and this is the first scooter I purchased the main reason I chose the turbo ant was the speed and the battery that was removable so I could ride it to the beach swap out batteries and come back even really easy to carry a longboard it's so fun I'm told I'm not acting my age that's just fine scooter is so much fun

    Read Warranty carefully after 7 days the warranty DOE NOT COVER anything - My seat post clamp broke the 2nd week and they would not even replace that plus they whated $25 to replace it, you can go on amazon and get part for $8.00
    This Limited Warranty does not cover:
    The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only extendsone week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer
