    Tough trails conquered

    The performance of the bike on those tough trails totally blew me away, way more than I expected. It breezed through the tricky terrain like a champ, making my ride super fun and thrilling. I think they need to show off this kind of riding more in online videos to really demonstrate what this bike can do. Sure, there might be other bikes out there with lighter frames, better suspension, or smoother power delivery, but you can't beat the value you get with the Cruiser. One thing that really impressed me was how long the battery lasted - I rode all morning on those challenging trails and hardly even made a dent in the battery indicator. And with the quick recharge time, I was back out on the trails in no time. All in all, the Cruiser has become my go-to for off-road adventures, it might even kick my main MTB out of the garage.

    Himiway Escape e-bike

    As someone in their 70s who's been into e-bikes since 2015, let me tell you, the Himiway Escape is hands down one of the top e-bikes I've ever had. This bike hits the sweet spot with its mix of being affordable, high quality, and loaded with the features I was after. With its full-suspension design, long-lasting battery, strong rack, pedal assist, tough wheels, fenders, and easy step-thru frame, the Escape is a versatile and dependable choice for both city cruising and hitting the trails. Even though it's a bit hefty, swapping in Tannus tires has made a big difference in the overall ride. I love how I can personalize the bike to fit my needs - popping on metal baskets for grocery trips means I can haul all my stuff up to my art studio on the 3rd floor without breaking a sweat.

    Step-thru purchase

    I got myself a step-thru back in 2020 and man, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. This bike has taken me on so many adventures, and I've already put over 5000 miles on it. The quality of this bike is top-notch, it totally exceeded all my expectations. When I had to reach out for a warranty claim, the customer service was amazing. They were super quick to respond and fixed the issue without any trouble. I spent months looking into different electric bike companies, and after a lot of thought, I can confidently say that this brand really stood out as the best choice for me. I'm already thinking about getting a new Ebike soon, and you bet I'll be ordering from them again.

    Electric bike purchase

    After doing a lot of research on electric bikes, I ended up choosing this one. I was really impressed by how easy it was to find accessories and replacement parts for it, which wasn't the case with other brands. They were always out of stock and had no clear delivery dates. The comfy seat and good price of this bike also played a big part in my decision. When I contacted the company, they quickly replied and confirmed that the bike was in stock and ready to go. And now, I've already ridden this bike for 500 miles without any problems. I think it's important to give credit where it's due, and I have to admit, I'm one happy customer.

    Himaway Cobra purchase

    I just received my Himaway Cobra bike a few days ago. Let me tell you, this thing looks amazing and rides like a dream. The only hiccup was when the rear light bracket broke while I was setting it up under the seat. But, I contacted customer support and they quickly sent me a replacement. Also, turns out it's got a 250w hub motor instead of the 750w that was advertised, blame it on the UK laws. But, hey, that's not the company's fault. All in all, no big problems with the bike - I'm happy with it.

    Recent warranty claim

    I just had to call customer support about my new Ebike because the motor was making noise and vibrations. I was actually pretty happy with how quickly they got back to me and the fast service they gave. They figured out the problem right away and sent me a new motor within a week. It was easy to get back on the road with no problems. It's good to know they stand by their warranty and take care of their customers fast. I'm happy with how everything turned out and feel good about my purchase.

    For the money and for what comes standard with the bicycle, it can be beat. The dozens of videos out there give honest reviews and compare Himiway against other brands available. I found Himiway to be an excellent company, with excellent reviews, excellent customer service and one of the best warranties out there. No sales tax and no shipping fees. How can you not be pleased?

    Second e-bike purchase

    I just got my second e-bike and man, let me tell ya, these bikes are fantastic! The ride is so comfy, which is great for me because I'm on the taller and heavier side. The bike handles my size with no problem and I feel really safe and stable on it. My wife liked it so much she wanted one of her own.     The bikes they offer are top-of-the-line in terms of both quality and price. Every model gives you a different riding feel and is made to be super durable.     Powerful electric bike

    The electric bike is really great, except for one thing - the power is a bit strong at first. I suggest adjusting the programming to make it more comfortable, especially for glasses-wearers. But other than that, it works perfectly without any problems.

    The electric bike I bought is really durable and packs a lot of power, but I hit a snag with the controller that needed replacing. Because of some rules, they had to reduce the power, which was a bummer. But Leo and his crew were on it in a jiffy and helped me figure out a fix. Their customer service was outstanding, and I was grateful for their quick help and eagerness to assist.

    Mandje voorop voor de big. Dog

    Gemeld, mandje teruggestuurd ging allemaal prima en wat komt er terug een zelfde mandje. Dan kun je weer eindeloos mailen en vragen zej e om het terug te zenden. En dat duurt en duurt en duurt maar toen heb ik zelfmaar een adapter gemaakt zodat het gemonteerd kon worden .Dat is niet de bedoeling de service kan vele malen sneller enbeter.

    To ALL Consumers that have had to deal with and/or endure unnecessary frustration, aggravation, anxiety etc. with regards to Himiway and or applicable Himiway dealers ..

    I also am unfortunate unsatisfied Himiway customer. I have one of their Himiway Cruisers and I agree with your findings about Himiway as I too have unfortunately and unnecessarily had increasing inconveniences imposed by Himiway.

    I purchased my Himiway Cruiser from a local dealer where I live. And it definitely appears to seem that Himiway has no trouble selling and getting the consumers (us) money, but then when it comes to virtually anything else even via phone to their alleged customer service according to and stated on their website (which I was just informed by the Lady that answered Himiway customer service that she said she is only a freelancer for Himiway after constantly trying to push to have me email Himiway. I even asked her what was the point of Himiway having a customer service number if always just telling consumers to contact Himiway via email.

    I have searched (as so many others have also) online and have found Numerous reviews, comments and/or stories of many other unhappy, very inconvenienced, unsatisfied, frustrated and aggravated and/or mislead consumers that have purchased from Himiway only to result in unnecessary anxiety caused by Himiway interactions and experiences.

    I am even curious as to whether or not there are many reviews online that have been bought and paid for (hence not even genuine) also maybe even cherry picked (meaning only picking and choosing what is to be advertised and/or shown etc.

    I have even spoke to one dealer of resources and size that mentioned about him ordering from Himiway only to be concerned as to whether or not him as a dealer for Himiway would only receive defected product(s) only to have to send the defected part(s) back to Himiway (long process to say the least) to hopefully get one that worked and was not defected, having problems etc.

    Furthermore it seems to be as if the Himiway dealers (of which naturally whomever is applicable of course) have or share no responsibility by just passing the buck (expression of saying) onto Himiway and/or manufacturer etc. as to avoid any conflict or responsibility for themselves..yet they full knowing still continue to sell, push, advertise (make money) for and from Himiway products etc. (even at the Consumers expense and inconvenience) as to make their profitability grow.

    ***Can lead to the wandering of how they (Himiway and Himiway Dealer(s)) as human beings are able to sleep at night and how they can continue to spend the money that they make from all of this knowing that it is wrong.

    P.S. It is right and correct and for you to share your findings and experiences about Himiway and therefore expose the wrongness of Himiway and Dealer(s) business practices.

    Read Warranty carefully after 7 days the warranty DOE NOT COVER anything - My seat post clamp broke the 2nd week and they would not even replace that plus they whated $25 to replace it, you can go on amazon and get part for $8.00
    This Limited Warranty does not cover:
    The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only extendsone week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer

    TWO step-thru Cruisers

    After 3 months waiting for delivery, one of the bikes works fine, the other has had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with the throttle. You CANNOT contact ANYONE except via email. MONTHS of emails with instructions to perform “tests” that should be done by a real bike mechanic. From June 30 until now - sent videos and have tried every suggestion only to have them send a new throttle - with zero instructions of how to replace. But that STILL did not fix it. The throttle works 20% of the time. Very dangerous and not very fun riding like this. Now they have US “testing” the controller, and problem still not resolved. Asked for a real person to call us. No calls. Called and left message with them. Still, no calls. We are FED UP with the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially when we have seen where others have been sent to bike shops to resolve them. Enough is enough!! They have made what is a great product not worth the hassle????

    Himiway Cruiser

    I am very satisfied with Himaway customer service. The bike is simply awesome! The best bike I've ever owned. I did experience an issue with shipping however, the issue was with the shipper, FedEx & not Himiway. Himiway is a trust worthy company.
