Property insurance
I just got property insurance from AXIS and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable their team is. They were super helpful from the very beginning when I first asked about their services all the way to when my policy was finalized. The person I dealt with was really good at their job, making sure I understood everything about my coverage. I feel really secure knowing my property is insured by a company that cares about honesty and making sure customers are happy.

Unhelpful customer service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. Right after I ordered, I realized I gave the wrong address. I tried to fix it, but they said it was already in their system and couldn't be changed. It was so annoying how they wouldn't work with me at all. It seemed like they cared more about sticking to their rules than actually helping me out. I was so let down and irritated by the way they treated me.

Broken bathtub delivery
My experience with the company was really disappointing. I bought a bathtub and paid extra to have it delivered inside. But when it showed up, it was all busted up. I called customer service and they were so unprofessional and wouldn't take responsibility. The supervisor I talked to didn't even try to fix things and instead blamed her personal issues, like her dog dying, for the bad service I got. It was just a super frustrating and upsetting time.

I just got my hands on an RTX 4090 GPU from StockX and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The whole purchase process, from start to finish, was super smooth. My experience with RealEats has been up and down. The first week, I got most of my order right, but there were a few things missing and some of the food wasn't really my taste. RealEats tried to make it right by giving me a credit refund, but the food had gone bad by the time it got to me. The third week was a mess - a bunch of stuff was wrong and some of the packages were torn open, making a big mess. Even though RealEats was quick to offer me refunds, I decided to cancel my subscription because of these ongoing problems.

Purchased "Trap Genetic" plugin
I bought that "Trap Genetic" plugin and man, it was awful. The installer was busted and my computer straight up said it was trash. And to top it off, there was no license included! The customer service was the worst, they just took my money and left me high and dry. It feels like they don't give a darn about their customers. Ugh!

Tough trails conquered
The performance of the bike on those tough trails totally blew me away, way more than I expected. It breezed through the tricky terrain like a champ, making my ride super fun and thrilling. I think they need to show off this kind of riding more in online videos to really demonstrate what this bike can do. Sure, there might be other bikes out there with lighter frames, better suspension, or smoother power delivery, but you can't beat the value you get with the Cruiser. One thing that really impressed me was how long the battery lasted - I rode all morning on those challenging trails and hardly even made a dent in the battery indicator. And with the quick recharge time, I was back out on the trails in no time. All in all, the Cruiser has become my go-to for off-road adventures, it might even kick my main MTB out of the garage.

Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with this place I've been shopping at lately. The customer service is seriously amazing every time I've reached out. Haven't had any issues with my orders at all, and everything I've gotten comes right on schedule. Their Washable Silk stuff is seriously to die for, especially the skirts and blouses. And let me tell you, their Tencel/Bamboo pieces are next level soft and super luxurious. The prints they have are absolutely beautiful too. The only downside I found is that the ribbed turtlenecks tend to run a bit small, so keep that in mind when ordering. But all in all, shopping here has been a total win for me.

I just bought a hoodie from this store as a Christmas present. But when the person tried it on, it was way off in size. I wasn't happy with how it fit, so I reached out to customer service right away to send it back and get my money back. At first, they said no since it had been more than 30 days since I bought it. But I knew I had rights as a customer, so I pushed back and they finally gave me a return label.
