    Transfers to Bulgarian banks

    I'm pretty happy with the service overall, but it's a bummer that I can't transfer money to Bulgarian banks. It's a big hassle for me. I really hope they can fix this in the future so that everyone can use the service easily.

    The service is fast and simple to use, but it's kind of annoying that they charge me a buck every time I send money to someone else.     Online banking experience

    I've been using this online banking platform for a while and so far, it's been pretty good. I like being able to keep track of my money from anywhere I want. But, I did have a problem where I needed help from customer service and couldn't get a hold of anybody for weeks, which was really annoying. Despite that, I find the platform simple to use and the security measures make me feel safe when I'm making transactions.

    Payment issue at Asda

    Today when I tried to use my card at Asda, it got declined, even though there was no issue showing up on the app when I checked later. It brought back memories of a bigger problem I had a few years back when around £1300 vanished through eBay, PayPal, and Monese, and I never got it back.

    Setting up my account with this service was easy peasy, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I haven't run into any big problems or headaches, except for transfers to some banks taking a little longer than I'd like. The fees are fair, but they can be a bit bothersome. I get that they have to make money somehow, though.

One thing to improve would be to make it easier to change the card pin and give more choices to personalize settings, like turning contactless on/off. I ended up losing around 25 euros, but thankfully I was able to stop the situation by blocking my card. It was such a letdown that I had to end up closing my account.
