Quick and easy account creation
I recently signed up for an account with this service and was pleasantly surprised by how simple and easy it was. The onboarding process was a breeze, and I was able to create an account quickly. Ease of use, quick card delivery, fair pricing
The platform was super easy to use, from signing up to adding money to my account. Everything went smoothly and was really simple. I was pleasantly surprised when my card showed up quickly. The prices were fair and competitive, so it's a good option for handling finances. One thing to improve would be to make it easier to change the card pin and give more choices to personalize settings, like turning contactless on/off. It would also be great to have the option to add cryptocurrency like BTC or USDT.

The online banking application was super easy to sign up for. They kept me in the loop the whole way, letting me know how my application was going and when my card was on the way. Waiting forever for help
I had to wait forever to finally talk to someone, it seriously took ages! I was super bored just sitting there, waiting and waiting. I really hope this doesn't happen again because waiting for help is the absolute worst, right?
Improved, card arrival
The service right now is definitely better than it used to be. I finally got my card, which is a big step forward. But I'm gonna hold off on giving them a top rating until I see if they keep getting better.
Lost card replacement
I just had to get my lost card replaced and ordered a new one. I was actually pretty surprised when it showed up earlier than expected. Big shoutout to the team for being so quick and efficient.
Satisfied customer with good value for money and received advertised bonus
I was really satisfied with the service - great value for my money! I even got the bonus that was advertised. The only downside is that I couldn't get in touch with any real humans.
Difficulty transferring money due to lack of contact information
I was really annoyed that I couldn't send money to my Monese account just because I didn't have my contact info handy. It's not as easy as they claim.
